„The whole team lf staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They offer daily room cleaning at your request and the rooms are exactly as pictured in the listing. Comfortable, cosy, and there's a whole bunch of puppies and cats running around the premises doing their own thing 🥰 The fireplace was also a very lovely experience, where we got to chat with some other guests staying there. Its like a 5-15 min grab ride from the hotel to almost everywhere we wanted to go to, and theres also food options nearby (walkable) I usually like to try out different hotels when returning to the same city but I would probably come and choose to stay here again when I have the chance to come back 🫶🏻”

„Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!”

„Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.”

„I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))”

„Złe doświadczenie; pracownicy hotelu obserwowali, gdy zmagałem się z lotem schodów z dwoma walizkami. Poprosiłem o dwa klucze i powiedzieli, że nie są dostępne, ale jeden pojawił się później, kiedy wychodziliśmy wieczorem. Pokój mały, łóżko bardzo niewygodne, twarda i cienka matryca. Gdzieś do walizki. Bezpieczny nie pracuje, poprawiony później wieczorem, za późno, ponieważ musiałem zabrać cenne rzeczy ze sobą. Śniadanie było diaboliczne, kawa niepijana, zielona herbata była opcją. Zarówno zachodnie, jak i wietnamskie jedzenie było ograniczone, a co było dostępne było ubogim. Kontrola prysznica jest najlepszym, jakiego widziałem, szkoda, że otwarty prysznic był zbyt mały, co pozwoliło małemu podłodze łazienki na zalanie. Goście, (pracownicy) z powiązanego i znacznie tańszego hotelu zostały dopuszczone do korzystania z śniadaniowej strefy. Sugeruję, aby nikt nigdy nie używał tej zakładu w żadnej cenie.”

„So nice and quiet place in the strawberry hills!! They have own a really huge garden! You can walk around, make a camp fire, barbecue, rest. Rooms are clean, shower outside and clean enough. In the rooms is panoramic windows to the fields! It’s a what we looking for! 🥰”

„The cleanliness wasn't great; the bed linens were clean, but the wooden floor had a few loose spots that weren't fixed, so you have to be careful not to trip. The hot water and bathroom were strong points; showering was very comfortable. The curtains and window frames weren't cleaned, which was a major drawback. The cafe is nice, but seems to have few customers and hasn't been fully exploited, so there's nothing particularly outstanding. Considering the price I paid, it's acceptable. The cafe is chill and located far from the city center, but I liked the spaciousness of the place.”

„Zarezerwowaliśmy 2 pokoje, jeden za 2 pax i 1 za 3 pax. Hotel ma pokój dla 3 osób i bardzo przestronny, dokładnie to, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna do podróży i dobry dla samochodu pick up i drop off. Jest również w pobliżu rynku Dalat i Xuan Huong Lake z kilkoma krokami odległość. Ładne śniadanie. Możemy zarezerwować transfer lotniska, wycieczki i spa w hotelu również. Zalecane!”

„Great place to stay if you want a quiet pace with great views that still has easy access to the city centre. The staff are ever friendly. If you have your clothes washed there make sure you tell them not to write your room number in permanent ink on your clothes. Incredible that they do that. They really need to stop doing that. Also, they could iron shirts (on request). I would still stay there again.”
