Byliśmy zachwyceni obsługą. Zadbano o wyjątkowe i niepowtarzalne detale, a pokój był bardzo ładny i oferował spektakularne widoki. Personel sprzątający i konserwacyjny był uprzejmy i zawsze zwracał uwagę na każdą naszą potrzebę. Mieliśmy apartament Junior Suite, a przyjazny personel recepcji zaoferował nam apartament z widokiem na morze za dodatkową opłatą. To był najlepszy wybór, jakiego mogliśmy dokonać. Wanna jest bardzo duża i wygodna, idealna dla par. Wypróbowaliśmy hotelową restaurację; ma bardzo dobre menu, a jedzenie było pyszne. Jeśli będziemy mieli okazję, wrócimy.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego hotelu. Lokalizacja jest po prostu magiczna, blisko zarówno starego miasta, jak i plaży. Pokoje są przestronne i mają wszystko, czego potrzeba. Łóżko king-size to właściwie dwa pojedyncze łóżka (bez jednego prześcieradła). Ciśnienie wody jest doskonałe, a prysznic fantastyczny. Śniadania są niesamowite; nie wiem, kto pisze negatywne recenzje; to skandal. Wybór jedzenia jest ogromny, w tym hiszpańskie specjały, takie jak szynka, tortille, churros i pan con tomate. Serwują również wino musujące (bardzo smaczne!). Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, tak nam się podobało, że przedłużyliśmy pobyt o kolejny dzień. Bezpłatny parking jest trochę problematyczny; raz mieliśmy szczęście i zaparkowaliśmy tuż przed hotelem, ale innym razem udało nam się znaleźć miejsce 10 minut spacerem (jest tam ogromny parking).

Moja siostra i ja mieszkałyśmy przez 3 dni w pokoju jednoosobowym z dużym łóżkiem, bo ona przyszła spontanicznie. Zarezerwowaliśmy to tylko na miejscu w hotelu. Nie stanowiło to problemu, a pokój był dla nas w zupełności wystarczający. Bardzo czysty, pomocny, miły personel, a śniadanie w formie bufetu było absolutnie niesamowite. Na pewno wrócimy. Lokalizacja to po prostu marzenie😍. Przyjeżdżają do Calpe co roku, odkąd byli mali, ale po raz pierwszy zatrzymują się w hotelu. Absolutnie nie mieliśmy na co narzekać. Zdecydowanie polecam 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

基本上房間很不錯的，服務人員很友好。 可惜是酒店沒什麼設施可用。眼見漂亮泳池是不提供給客人玩樂。 而且第一天到達天氣很熱的，但沒法可以下水。 住宿第二天落著大雨。 沒辦法再自駕遠點。 就悶左酒店房間一整天。 實在令人失望🥲

I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

MMine OrhonThe best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing. Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins. I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

BBen2099Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.
