Hotel położony jest na placu, niedaleko dworca kolejowego. Mój pokój znajduje się na piątym piętrze, jest cichy. Jest bardzo przytulny i czysty. W środku znajdują się podstawowe udogodnienia, takie jak czajnik elektryczny, suszarka do włosów, szczoteczka do zębów, pasta do zębów, kapcie i kosmetyki. Brakuje jednak lodówki i bidetu, a Wi-Fi jest dość wolne. Personel jest bardzo miły i przyjazny, chociaż nie mówi po angielsku, ale mimo to stara się z nami porozumieć. Bariera językowa wydaje się być dużym problemem w całych Chinach. Z Tajlandii

This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

The hotel upgraded the room to bigger one. The hotel located near the pagoda, amazing view at night. Feeling peace, relax and comfort on my stay. The only downside because we stayed during winter time, the air conditional only blow warm air, so at some point there was a bit humid during the evening, but toward the night, temperatures drop and its get cold. Breakfast was really really great !

The room was so nice and clean, with all the annuities provided. The canal view was amazing. Also the lobby was extremely pretty with the indoor garden in the center. Hotel owes its own tea rooms, therefore you can order the tea pot to your room, tea is good. The staff is very friendly and polite. Check in was fast and earlier than it was supposed to be, also they let us check out later without any problems. Location is good also, just 5 min walk to the gate of Xizha

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

The house No. 68, We absolutely love this place, especially the wife and husband. They serve very good meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. We experienced other house before but the No.68 house is highly recommended, as the booking includes breakfast which is prepared by the house you stay at. I will be back for sure !!!

A cute small hotel at a very central and convenient location (next door to Wuma Street and the riverside). The rooms are located on the second floor and it can be lovely during the day if the rooms is oriented towards the street (there is a local market). Very friendly staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team). I would visit again upon travelling to Wenzhou.

Gdy tylko wszedłem do hotelowego lobby, przyciągnął mnie luksusowy wystrój i wspaniała muzyka. Personel w recepcji był bardzo gościnny i cierpliwie odpowiadał na wszystkie moje pytania. Zameldowanie było szybkie i sprawiło, że poczułem się jak w domu. Układ i wyposażenie pokoju zaskoczyły mnie jeszcze bardziej. Przestronna przestrzeń, wygodne duże łóżko, wykwintne kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów Dyson oraz przyjemne światło i muzyka sprawiły, że poczułem dbałość hotelu o szczegóły. Ponadto bezpłatne Wi-Fi w pokoju jest również bardzo stabilne, co pozwala mi dzielić się dobrymi chwilami z rodziną i przyjaciółmi w dowolnym miejscu i czasie. Opcje śniadaniowe są bardzo bogate, obejmują wszelkiego rodzaju dania kuchni chińskiej i zachodniej. Umiejętności szefa kuchni są doskonałe, a każde jedzenie jest pyszne i ma cechy Hangzhou. I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!
