The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

My short trip to Hangzhou included a stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Here's my honest feedback. The hotel location is great, not far from Wulin Night Market, and convenient for self-driving with easy parking, making getting in and out hassle-free. The overall environment is pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the toiletries felt good to use. The window offered an expansive view of West Lake (from a lake view room). The staff were polite, check-in and check-out were efficient, and issues were addressed promptly after being reported. The service was practical and not overly formal, with no flashy marketing gimmicks, just a genuine holiday experience. It’s perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surroundings, offering good overall value for money. This hotel is definitely worth considering for a trip to Hangzhou.

The hotel design is beautiful and well-maintained. **Xianshan Oxygen Hiking Tour:** The guided tour was a great experience. **Swan Garden Feeding Experience:** The environment was excellent, not too crowded, making for a fantastic summer holiday experience. **Environment:** A superb environment, very suitable for self-driving tours. It's very suitable for family travel as it offers many extra services specifically for children, including a variety of breakfast dishes and bed rails for sleeping. For business travelers, thoughtful amenities like nail clippers are provided, which are rarely found in other hotels. I experienced some deep healing services, such as the morning Baduanjin stretching for awakening and the deep sleep therapy before bed. My child also had an art photoshoot. Water park tickets were also included. Areas for improvement: The room lighting was too dim, making it impossible for children to do their homework. The room ventilation system wasn't great, especially the bathroom, which lacked a separate extractor fan. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

A huge shout-out to the two ladies at the front desk – their service was absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Not only did they upgrade us to a riverside room free of charge, but they also offered invaluable tips and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was help with our itinerary, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, or any other small query, they patiently helped us with everything. They truly made us feel at home! Thank you so much for your dedication and lovely smiles, which made our Wuzhen trip even more special. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Wuzhen! Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

Booked a lake view room and got an upgrade upon check-in. The room was quite spacious, though the decor felt a bit dated. The open-plan bathroom, with the bathtub and sink integrated into the room, was a bit unusual for me, but it was great that each room had a dehumidifier. The service was excellent; rooms were cleaned quickly, and breakfast offered a good variety, with plates cleared efficiently. Direct access to the water park from the first floor was super convenient. Lunch at the hotel was a bit pricey but tasted good. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Finally, the high-speed rail shuttle service was good, though the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't very effective.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to Zhang Zhihong from housekeeping. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and it's these little thoughtful touches that really make a difference when traveling! Definitely deserves a big thumbs up! 👍 The only downside was with the front desk regarding my food delivery. My order arrived at the front desk at 11:20 PM, but it took the robot about 30-40 minutes to deliver it to my room. I called the front desk three times during that wait but received no answer or response. By the time the food arrived, it was completely cold. I can't help but wonder if having staff deliver it directly or even just calling my room to have me pick it up downstairs would have avoided this. The lack of response or any attempt to resolve the issue was really puzzling.
