Hotel położony jest na obrzeżach miasta Kotor. Widok nie wychodzi na Zatokę Kotorską, ale ma wyraźny widok na lotnisko Tivat i Zatokę Tivat. Jest też widok na Port Montanengro. To miejsce na wzgórzu, z bardzo czystym powietrzem. Osoby posiadające samochód mogą wybierać. W pokoju znajduje się pralnia, zmywarka, czajnik, kuchenka, lodówka, talerze, miski, garnki, patelnie, wszystko. Są tu środki czyszczące, ale jak już wspomniałem, miejsce to jest bardzo daleko od centrum Kotoru, co jest idealnym rozwiązaniem dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Ale nie zatrzymuj się w pokoju C20, bo jest tam niesamowicie wilgotno i mokro. Chcieliśmy zmienić pokój, ale nie mogliśmy.

Wyposażenie hotelu jest bardzo nowe, a cena poniżej 100 € to doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. To około 30 minut spacerem od starożytnego miasta Kotor, a miniesz kilka dobrych nadmorskich restauracji. Taksówka kosztuje około 6 euro. Pokój jest również duży, a personel obsługi jest bardzo przyjazny i dobrze mówi po angielsku. Śniadania bardzo dobre, a la carte, lepsze niż bufet

Były wrzesień 2024, odpoczywały dwa tygodnie. 1. Lokalizacja. Przyгородa Kotora. Do centrum pieszo niespodziewanie minut 25-30. Zabawa. Wszystko po brzegu zatoki. Piękno. Sąsiadujące sklep to 3 minuty. Restauracja to 10 minut pieszo. Sąsiedztwo cicho. Kto potrzebuje placków i muzyki, nie jest tutaj. Kto chce spokoju i ciszy, wybierz to miejsce. 2. Weźmiesz pokój na górze z widokiem na zatokę (wymagane!!!). Morze i góry. Widok jest wspaniały! Każdy nowy obraz. Nie jest nudny, ale zaskoczył ponownie i ponownie. 3. Mistrzowie. Bardzo rzadko spotykasz się z takimi radościami i życzeniami. Każda prośba, życzenia są spełnione natychmiast, z uśmiechem. Wszystko jest rozwiązane. Bardzo dobrze! Bardzo dziękuję! Bardzo dziękuję! Kuchnia (chciałabym mikrofalówkę, ale bez niej można się poruszać), naczynia. Normalny salon w pokoju. Łóżko z doskonałą matką. Mieszkaliśmy 2 tygodnie bez problemów z domem. 5. Mistrzowie zawsze pomogą z przelewem, wskażą wycieczki, znajdą przewodnika (Marco był wspaniałym, kulturalnym, inteligentnym człowiekiem. Dziękuję mu za oddzielne!). Wybierz te apartamenty, nie będziesz tego żałować.

Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

The hotel is relatively small, there are about 8 rooms, small and exquisite, the staff is friendly, the service is thoughtful, free parking is available, and the store is in mid-April, about 100 euros/night. I personally think that the price is relatively high and it is recommended.

The location is absolutely perfect – just outside the hustle and bustle of Kotor, yet still within walking distance. The facilities are fantastic, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax, with the highlight being the private little beach right in front of the property. It’s a peaceful bay where you can truly unwind. The host is very friendly and always ready to help – he even arranged my airport transfer without any hassle. The studio/apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and still be close to the old town of Kotor, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away. Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason. Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice... As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.
