Bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana łazienka, dobra dla osób dzielących pokój, ponieważ łazienka, toaleta i umywalka są oddzielone, nie trzeba walczyć o miejsce na toaletę. Dostępnych jest wiele wtyczek, które można podłączyć do ładowarek.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

Finally we go to stay in a MUJI HOTEL that is in Shenzhen, China! Great first impression of the hotel as the Japandi MUJI style, and the customer services are top notch, great food and atmosphere, most of all the hotel is located at Upperhills Mall Shenzhen, which is very convenient to hail a taxi and take the metro. There’s also great parks nearby. Will consider coming here again in the future!

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, I truly recommend it! The room was spotless and very clean, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The hotel service was warm and attentive; the young lady at the one-stop service center was gentle and always handled our requests promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail truly stood out, and Jingjing's service attitude was excellent. In my free time, I tried the hotel's SPA. The technician's skills were professional and adept, and the procedure was well-organized and effective at relieving stress. Overall, the accommodation experience was superb. This hotel is definitely my first choice for any future travel!

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Hotelowy klub Horizon był przepełniony podczas śniadań i kolacji, co jest bardzo nierozsądne! ! ! Logicznie rzecz biorąc, obłożenie salonu Executive Lounge nie powinno przekraczać 1/2, a nawet 1/3. Po raz pierwszy muszę stać w kolejce po posiłek. **Byłem w wielu hotelach i salonach executive, w tym w kilku hotelach Shangri-La, ale pierwszy raz spotkałem się z czymś takim, a hotel poinformował mnie, że hotel jest zwykle pełny, więc dlaczego tak jest Klub Horizon nie został powiększony, bo jest zawsze pełny, czy też zmniejszyć liczbę sal w Klubie Horizon, a kolacja trwa tylko dwie godziny? W salonie Executive Lounge panuje tłok jak na mokrym targu, a na stolik trzeba czekać w kolejce Ponadto przycisk toalety w pokoju znajduje się w ścianie bezpośrednio nad toaletą, a projekt jest bardzo nierozsądny; za każdym razem, gdy spuszczasz wodę, musisz sięgnąć za deskę sedesową i nacisnąć go! ! ! Podsumowanie: 1) Zdecydowanie nie jest to zalecane dla gości, którzy potrzebują prywatnej przestrzeni w salonie. 2) Zaleca się, aby hotel dostosował liczbę pokoi w salonie executive, aby zapewnić prywatność. Zaleca się także zmianę umiejscowienia przycisku toalety w pomieszczeniu.
