Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

Good place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant. Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes. Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan. For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

這家酒店有很大的花園，有漂亮的泳池，酒店的位置很好，對面有加油站和超市。離碼頭還有診所很近，早餐很好吃。這家酒店的服務員很熱情，很有禮貌，每位工作人員都和我打招呼，幫我拿行李。特別是前台接待處的女士，她的笑容讓我感到很温暖。她給我提供了許多幫助，讓我在banyuwangi的旅程很順利！

We use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years. Room is ok with warm and good water pressure. They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

AAnonymous UserBefore I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!

AalvnbThis is a nice hotel for healing. Very tranquil and beautiful location. I came here to experience the onsen and it was not dissapointing. The onsen started at 8pm, and while I was enjoying it I could see the night light. The cottage itself was very clean, there are no bugs, and complete amenities.
