We had a wonderful stay at Shuiyunlan Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were especially impressive, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and transportation. OI would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

East Lake Hotel jest znany z jego pięknych scenerii, tak jak się spodziewano, widok był absolutnie oszałamiający, ale co było lepsze od widoku było najlepszym usługą klienta. Pani Yu dała nam swoje informacje kontaktowe WeChat, abyśmy mogli się łatwo dowiedzieć. Pani Yu była profesjonalna i uprzejma, poszła ponad i poza, aby upewnić się, że nasz pobyt był doskonały, wszelkie obawy / problemy, które mieli, ona szybko się tym zajmowała, w tym pomoc z pralni! Pobyliśmy w innych hotelach w Wuhan, Pekinie i Szanghaju, ale nie było innego hotelu, który zapewnił ten poziom usług. Ostatnio, ale nie mniej, ich śniadanie bufetu było najlepszym z 6 hoteli, które przebywaliśmy na tę podróż. Mój ulubiony był porcję z ryżu słodkiego i słodkiego ryżu dumpingi. W sierpniu 2025 roku zakwaterowaliśmy się trzy noce w hotelu Hearing 2 # East Lake, wspaniale, bardzo polecane! Hotel East Lake, znany z pięknych widoków, jak się spodziewaliśmy, jest absolutnie niesamowity, ale lepiej niż widok, to najlepszy klient. Wysłali do nas pracownika, panią Wong. Pani Wang dała nam swój adres Wei-mail, aby łatwiej się z nami skontaktować. Mieszkaliśmy w innych 5-gwiazdkowych hotelach w Wuhan, Pekinie i Szanghaju, ale nie ma innych hoteli, które oferują takie usługi. Ich śniadanie było najlepszym z sześciu hoteli w naszej podróży.

Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

Nice and clean hotel. The best part is that no payment is required to book the hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come to jingzhou.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The front desk lady sister service is super intimate (Zhai Li, Gaoling), check-in and check-out are very fast, and patiently answer questions. The cleaning aunt cleaned very meticulously, the room was clean and the experience was full! The service is particularly user-friendly, the demand response is super fast, the hygiene control is strict, and the living is assured and comfortable.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.
