„I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞”

„Our trip to Daming Lake was in December and a low season for travellers to this part of China. The hotel was located within the lake scenic zone and thus you need to arrange for the hotel for a transfer. After that from the hotel it is just a few minutes walk to another parking lot where you can easily get a didi ride. Note these are two different carpark. Free parking is available. From the our room terrace we could see the occasional boat moving past on its way around the daming lake region, note it is not noisy at all. The from the hotel you can easily access the lake’s sight and just a couple of minutes away from the pagoda where in the evening you could see lots of people in hanfu taking pictures as the lights get lit up level by level. From the hotel there is a short walkway whereby you can reach the main road where you can find all kinds of eateries , supermarket, spa , shopping etc. it sure beat staying in downtown Jinan. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist planning visits to the major attractions in Jinan.”

We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is unbeatable! I booked it for the Navy Day open house, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Sailing Center pier. The room was quite spacious, and I could even see the warships from my window. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. The butler service was fantastic, very attentive and always ready to answer any questions. Overall, I'm very satisfied. P.S. Even the navy soldiers were staying at this hotel!

GGuest UserLocation: It's conveniently located near Nantianmen and Taohuayuan Cableway, perfect for travelers to rest after arriving at Nantianmen, and also great for visiting Tianjie and Yuhuangding, or for heading down the mountain via Taohuayuan Cableway.
Environment: Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night, as many tourists camp out on the streets, leading to continuous sounds throughout the night. Inner courtyard rooms should be quieter, but naturally, the price will be different.
Food: For a mountaintop establishment, the food is quite good. The breakfast voucher is 20 yuan per person. The fried dough sticks and fried buns are delicious, and the soy milk is also very good. However, if you like eggs, be aware that each person is limited to one egg for breakfast, while other items are unlimited.
Facilities: Given the limited conditions on the mountaintop, the hot water pressure is very low, making showers not very enjoyable. The floor drain in the bathroom has a rather strong odor, which is understandable given the mountaintop location.
Service: Excellent. The rented overcoat had an odor, and they swapped it out without a word. They also take guests to watch the sunrise in the morning.

WWeiliangのmoxiaoqiuThis hotel, in my opinion, offers a thousand-dollar service experience for a hundred-dollar price range. Sam, the service manager, was excellent. I was originally booked for an Executive King Room, and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a seamless room upgrade. Most five-star or five-diamond hotels in Qingdao would rather leave a room empty or charge an extra 100 RMB than upgrade you. I stayed for three consecutive nights in an Executive Suite, directly facing the Laoshan District No. 2 Experimental Primary School. You can see students playing during the day, but with the windows closed, you barely hear any noise. The hotel is 12 years old now, since 2014, and aside from the bathtub faucet and shower diverter being a bit tricky to operate, it has almost no flaws. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough for me, given I'm sensitive to heat, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they offered a fan. This way, you don't need to open the window, which is good because there's ongoing construction on the left side, so opening the window would be noisy and affect sleep. The only potential downside for most people might be that it's a bit far from the subway, nearly a kilometer's walk.

NNicyAlthough very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed.
The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me.
The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from.
I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could.

GGuest UserWhat a spectacular experience! I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place earned it. The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and give great advice. Also, the dinner is excellent! If you are visiting Qufu, it doesn’t get better than this!

11yuanTraveling with kids, we chose the Benarui Ting Hotel First Bathing Beach. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a one or two-hundred-meter walk to the First Bathing Beach, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering direct routes to all the attractions. Since we were staying with children, sand-digging tools were delivered directly to our room.
From check-in to check-out, a staff member named Xiao Meng left a deep impression on me. Her service was professional, her attitude kind, and she was able to accommodate my requests. I'd definitely give her a thumbs-up. The housekeeping staff also did a very professional and thorough job with cleaning. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Yantai in the future.

CchriswoNo regret booking the 180 degree sunrise room as the view was superb despite the following day being rainy and cloudy. The hotel itself was amazing with extremely attentive and helpful staff, especially JiX! whom helped to accommodate our requests! We enjoyed the hotel very much, beds were comfy and facilities like a gym room with the washer and dryer room were bonus! If we returned to Yantai we will definitely stay here again.

Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. DDantiiiI originally booked three nights at another hotel, but after staying for a while I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I decided to cancel two nights and find another one! I booked this hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. There was only one room left. I went directly the next day. It was much better than some chain hotels. It was a very thoughtful B&B hotel. You can park your car in the community. The small door leads to the seaside, which is very convenient.
I booked this special large bed room on the first floor next to the stairs. The stairs are made of wood, so it must not be very quiet. I hope friends who read this comment can understand each other and go upstairs more gently. I will feel better about living here. The guests in the room are friendlier~
Compared with other villa layouts, this room looks like a converted garage, so the window is a narrow door in the courtyard wall, but the high courtyard wall is well protected against theft, and the glass is also double-mirror, which is relatively safe, and the curtains are very light-blocking. good. The facilities in the room are good and the toiletries are complete.
The guys at the front desk are very attentive and gentle. Free coffee is always available at the front desk.
