Отель простенький и старый, но в целом удовлетворяет всем потребностям туриста: помыться, поспать, зарядить гаджеты. Есть даже небольшой бассейн. Персонал очень приветливый. Находится близко в автостанции. Стоит очень недорого. Для одной-двух ночей соотношение цена/качество - супер.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved. Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

Clean and comfortable stay. Even though the hotel is not in the centre of the town, it's a small town. Everything that you need is within a short walking distance. In 10 minutes you will reach many restaurants and the bus terminal to Iguazu Falls. Not being in the centre of the town has its benefits - you will have a quiet stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent, mostly pastries, cold cuts, desserts, cereal and fruit. Scrambled eggs or eggs in other forms would be great.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut! Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wszystko było super. Moje jedyne zastrzeżenia to: 1. Przy zameldowaniu była tylko jedna bezpłatna butelka wody o pojemności 0,5 litra dla dwóch osób. Drugiego dnia nawet jej nie zapewniono. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę hotelu i brak sklepów w zasięgu spaceru, to bardzo dziwne podejście. 2. Brak żelu pod prysznic. Był szampon, odżywka, a nawet balsam do ciała, ale nie było żelu pod prysznic. To też bardzo dziwne.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious ! We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish. Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic and leans toward cold/luke warm People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

SshawndaikiCame over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

CChrystopherEn realidad para el precio que se pagó esta bastante ok, si quieres algo lujoso este No sería buena opción es preferible que pagues un poco más en otro hotel, pero si lo que buscas es contacto con la naturaleza y economía, esta cabaña esta recomendable, un poco descuidada la cabaña pero te hace sentir en una casa de campo real con sus pequeñas fallas e imperfecciones. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, las manillas del baño rotas. Las piletas 5/10. El personal muy amable, te hacen sentir Muy bien. Por ir a ver las Cataratas valió la pena

MM315715****The room was spacious and clean, with hot and cold drinking water available all day. The location is super convenient, directly opposite the bus terminal, making travel easy. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruits, and the watermelon was incredibly sweet. It would have been perfect if eggs were also included. The service was warm and thoughtful; they were patient with all my questions and even helped me print my Brazilian visa. I felt confident leaving my luggage there. Absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserThe breakfast was excellent. However, it was quite crowded around 7:00 AM when most of the guests were leaving for their tours. It quieted down considerably around 8:00 AM. There was a supermarket one block away, and several nice restaurants, making it a lively tourist destination. Upon departure, a tourist tax of $1 per person per day is charged, and even if you're staying just one night, you'll need to pay two days' worth.

6666manfenThe price was good, the facilities were decent, the room had a large bed, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bus arrived early, around 8 AM, so I checked in early. I especially appreciate Ctrip's helpful communication. The hotel offers business shuttle services, the front desk speaks English, and the location is a 13-minute walk to the bus stop. There's a Chinese supermarket nearby where you can exchange pesos. The air was fresh, and Iguazu Falls was spectacular. As a border city in Argentina, it offers panoramic views of three countries! Highly recommended.
