Excellent service and good client experience. They were helpful in providing guidance to us. The room is comfortable and clean. Great location. They were so kind to pack breakfast box for our very early flight. Thank You so much!

Amazing
KKeith OhWe loved our time at DREAM where the staff were very helpful to receive our delayed luggage from Uyuni and recorded the time so that we can submit our insurance claims smoothly. We were also very blessed to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Suite on the top and 5th floor just below the rooftop terrace that showcased stunning views of La Paz. The location was great, just on Plaza Sucre and adjacent to the infamous San Pedro Prison - we did not feel unsafe even though we walked almost everywhere and took the cable car with the station just 10mins walk away. We liked that we were slightly away from Centro which is very hectic and close enough to Sopacachi district with nice cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was simple American style with an eggs live station but some of the fruit and pastries tends to run out when we arrive about 9am. All things considered, we will highly reccomend DREAM especially for new visitors!
Iiy1986We stayed in a deluxe double room (two single beds) for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the Witch Market, and nearby attractions are within walking distance.
The room was spacious enough for two people. The decor was a bit dated, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The room had heating, which, although old, was a great feature, as it got chilly at night. A comforter and a blanket were provided, which were actually quite thick and warm.
The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and provided towels, shampoo, and soap. The water temperature was good and the hot water was strong. There was no hairdryer.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast selection was limited, but the food was decent.
The front desk was open 24 hours, making currency exchange convenient, although the rates weren't great. There was also an ATM next to the hotel.
GGuest UserThere was a hairdryer. That was a nice touch.
The reception was very helpful (in Spanish).
The room was clean and spacious. I was very grateful for the standard of service at that price.
There was a restaurant available for breakfast and lunch, so I could eat there for an additional fee. The food was delicious.
Due to my flight time, I asked them to arrange a taxi late at night, and they gladly agreed, even letting me know the fare in advance. (And it wasn't overpriced; according to locals, it was about the going rate at 100 boli.)
HHosanVery friendly staff. Walking distance to old town and cable car. Good shower, clean room and decent breakfast. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They prepare takeaway breakfast as we have to leave for Uyuni early in the morning. Special thanks to Carmen - an excellent communicator and helped us with our travel requests.
DDawei 007One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. It's cute and stamped with its own individuality. I enjoyed it so much I booked an extra night. The room has the most wonderful views from its private balcony. The shower was good and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The host is such a warm, welcoming individual. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you're looking for a lovely setting and a place to chill and relax.
MMartin JeromePerfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.
MMellieBreakfast is a little worse than other hotels, there are fewer choices, but the restaurant staff is very nice, the front desk staff is more rigid, and the English is not very good.
The room is OK overall but there is a better choice at this price
GGuest UserThis is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America.
They refill the water every day.
I also paid for a massage.
(It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.)
You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free.
(The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.)
The breakfast was also very delicious.
