The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean — from the rooms to the common areas. The reception team and service staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The location is ideal — right in the heart of Luoyang and just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring the city super easy and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Luoyang. Also the breakfast it’s so yummy 🤤!!!! I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again!

To ekskluzywne miejsce! Fajny szlafrok, wanna z telewizorem (!) i na pewno bardzo wyrafinowani i atrakcyjni ludzie na terenie obiektu. Bycie tak wysoko było ekscytujące, dosłownie i w przenośni.

The hotel is very quiet and in a great location to enjoy all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent and very clean and the restaurant has a great verity of food to suit your tastes. I would recommend staying here on your trip to Kaifeng.

It is good service and beautiful room. Nearby the Mall have Haidilao Hotpot, HeyTea and many many local food. It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

Tucked in a quiet area yet near to the walking street. The owner is very nice to help us check the local tour options and patiently explained the details. She even arranged her staff to take us to the pick up point as we had to leave early the next day. It’s a pity that we stayed for one night as we had to rush back to Xi’an. Wished we had stayed longer! Definitely recommended place to stay in Luoyang 藏在一个安静的区域里，却离步行街很近。店主非常热心，帮我们查看当地的旅游行程，并耐心地为我们讲解细节。她也安排员工在第二天一早送我们到接送点，因为我们要早早离开。很可惜只住了一晚就得赶回西安，真希望能多住几天！这绝对是洛阳非常值得推荐的住宿地点。

Pobyt w hotelu Moshangqingshe był naprawdę udany. Personel był niezwykle miły, zawsze chętny do pomocy i sprawił, że czułem się mile widziany przez cały czas. Byli bardzo pomocni i łatwo było się z nimi porozumieć, nawet jako gość z zagranicy. Pomimo różnic językowych, komunikacja była łatwa i wygodna. Mój pokój był wygodny i zawsze czysty. Personel sprzątający świetnie dbał o porządek. Śniadanie również było świetne, z mieszanką dań lokalnych i międzynarodowych, które bardzo mi smakowały każdego ranka. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna. Hotel jest blisko wielu miejsc, które warto odwiedzić, co znacznie ułatwiło poruszanie się. Pewnej nocy bolała mnie głowa, a personel pomógł mi w środku nocy dostać lekarstwo. To naprawdę pokazało, jak bardzo są troskliwi. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Obsługa, komfort i ogólne wrażenia były doskonałe.

This was my first time visiting Kaifeng, and I specifically chose this hotel near the Drum Tower Square – the location was absolutely perfect! The bustling night market is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for strolling and eating. After a long day of sightseeing, my legs were aching, but returning to the room was so relaxing. The room was impeccably clean, and the soft bedding ensured a comfortable and restful sleep. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, even providing directions for nearby attractions. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and staying here is definitely a great choice when visiting Kaifeng.

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

Extremely close to the Longmen Luoyang train station. Turn right out of the station, cross under the overpass, and you'll see the green sign about 300m away. The property is modern and well maintained, with none of the state cigarette smell that Chinese hotels often have. The room was comfortable with plenty of outlets and even a mini fridge! Water pressure was good and TreSemme brand shampoo and conditioner were available. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality. Vegan options included steamed corn, sweet potatoes, fruit, cold salad, braised tofu, and an oatmeal station with hot soymilk. There were also vegetable buns and youtiao but I don't know if those were vegan. Theres a basic gym and self-serve laundry room. It was nice to walk into the lobby after a cold day and warm up with the complimentary tea available. A taxi to Longmen grottoes took about 15 minutes and cost 10元. A Didi to Shaolin temple took about 1 hour by expressway and cost 190元. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.
