The hotel is new, but not everything is quite right! The size of the bed linen and duvet cover is incorrect, so the duvet can only be folded to fit inside the duvet cover. The duvet cover has no buttons, zipper, or pocket at the end, meaning that every guest's feet are constantly in contact with the duvet inside (hygiene!). The duvets themselves are high quality (but not the bed linen). The bed frames are very basic and of poor quality. They are a primitive, thin wooden construction, with the slats having to be supported in the middle by a wooden slat; otherwise, they would break under pressure. This causes rattling noises when people over 90 kg move in bed. How could they install such a bed frame in a new hotel?! The staff is very friendly, but having the shower in the bedroom instead of a bathroom isn't to everyone's liking.

We didn't know that this hotel is a Michelin star hotel until we got checked in. So we had tried all their amenities and services such as their gym and their restaurant and bar. Their restaurant has excelkebt food but food choices is limited. Their bar is beautifully design but lack of hotel guests because many of us have to wake up early to see the castles and hiking. Overall it was a very nice hotel, just find the soze of our typical room is too small and price of the room is pricey.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Durchgangstür zu den Zimmern. Diese öffnet und schließt sehr laut und ist sehr laut im Zimmer zu hören. Könnte den ein oder anderen morgens stören, wenn man noch schlafen möchte und andere Gäste schon zum Frühstück gehen. Am Abreisetag schaute schon kurz nach 9:00Uhr die Servicekraft rein, ob wir schon weg sind. 10:30Uhr dann wieder. Vll. wäre hier eine automatisierte Nachricht der Rezeption beim auschecken sinnvoll, dann wissen die Servicekräfte, dass das Zimmer frei ist.

Landschaft Top, sehr angenehme Ruhe. Perfekte Anfahrt vor das Hotel. Optisch genau richtig für Menschen die ein Hotel in der Natur mit Ansprüchen suchen. Terrasse, was will man mehr. Check in angenehm, Essen sehr gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück top und reichhaltig. Lecker! Zimmer, hatten mit Balkon bestellt und größer., Einfach schön, auch Bett zum Schlafen. Bad Mega Platz. Der SPA Bereich großzügig mit Big Pool und auch sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitenden. Kurz und gut. Hotel **** mit Niveau. Können nur vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Hinfahren und genießen. Top Parkhaus. Cool, an alles gedacht. Genießen sie es Wir fahren wieder hin. Vor allem die Lage schöne

Ich war da schon zweiten mal. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer ist bequem. Und das ist für guten Preis. 👍 Danke schön!

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und neu, dabei im rustikalen Stil. Das Bad ist sehr sauber.

Dostaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy na jedną noc. Pokój był bardzo mały, ale miał wszystko, czego można potrzebować na krótki pobyt. W pokoju nie było szafy, ale mieliśmy wieszak na kurtki, stolik na bagaż, pufy i stolik pod telewizor. Przy każdym łóżku znajdowały się również małe stoliki do przechowywania drobiazgów. Było wystarczająco jasno i wygodnie. Toaleta i prysznic były czyste (choć toaleta nie była zbyt wygodna, jeśli nosisz rozmiar większy niż XS). Wszystko było czyste, a materac wygodny (choć twardy). W lobby można kupić napoje, jedzenie i kawę (patrz zdjęcie). Ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Zdecydowanie wrócilibyśmy!

We stayed here for Adele's concert! Location wise if you are taking public transportation, theres a station near the hotel around 500m, but if you are taking big luggage bags with you, its going to be a hassle a bit. The hotel situated a bit outside from the town area which we very much like it. The amenities were great, staffs were helpful and very nice. The room was great too! They have a coffee machine at the lounge area for a price of 3€ and some snacks for sell too.
