Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

The room was absolutely gorgeous—everything was spotless, and it had a really stylish, modern vibe. It had everything I needed, plus a few extra touches that made it feel extra special. The bed was so comfy, and the view from the window was amazing

Good locations, near to airport. Furniture a bit old due to old hotel. But overall still good for short stay.

My stay at Hyatt Bharuch truly changed the way I feel, think, and understand India. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I made some great friends during my stay, and the warmth and hospitality I experienced exceeded all expectations. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable and meaningful experience. AC is not working properly and water problem also there in bathroom.

Great restaurant, smooth check in and check out.. no concierge service..hot water pressure inadequate but all in all great place.. road works outside does not help.

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.
