This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.

Re-stayed this hotel after visiting Kyoto and Arima. Very convenient and lastly realised there is a 15% discount coupon voucher for 85 restaurants nearby together with the room card in the envelope. Remember to bring along the voucher when you dine in nearby. We tried the restaurant called IGNITE cafe and dining before leaving Osaka. It is undoubtedly a shopping heaven in Japan. There is a newly opened shopping area namely Grand Green Osaka you can visit and go shopping. Daimaru department store is just downstairs from the hotel.

Hotel is a distance from the stations not what the Google map claimed. Staff is helpful with our enquiries but not sure why the towel is always replaced for 1 pax even though we have 2 pax. There's only cleaning for once every two days and for the 5 days we stayed only one cleaning was provided. But they will put the towels outside the door. Microwave is quite smelly not well maintained. Dryer is Abit dusty as well not really clean. Recommended if you do not have alot of luggage if not it is quite a push from the station. Title: Excellent Value, Delicious Osaka-style Breakfast, but Avoid the Laundry Dryer Review: I generally had a very positive experience at the Sanrriott Hotel Shinsaibashi. If you are looking for an accommodation option that offers high value for money in Osaka, this place is hard to beat. What I appreciated most was the generous range of services. The lobby offers a drink station that goes beyond just water; being able to grab free coffee, tea, and even hot soup was a lovely perk. The room cleanliness was also excellent, and I was surprisingly impressed by the amenities. Unlike many budget hotels, they provided everything—toothbrushes, razors, and even face wash and moisturizer, saving me from unpacking my own. I also want to highlight the breakfast buffet (”hodai”). The price is relatively cheap for an all-you-can-eat option. I ate there for four days, and to be honest, the menu is static; most of the hot dishes remained the same every day, with only the salad selection rotating. However, the food quality completely makes up for the lack of daily variety. The dishes were yummy and featured distinct local Osaka characteristics. In terms of taste and value, the breakfast deserves a very high rating. However, there is one operational issue. The clothes dryer in the laundry room has a maintenance problem. Even after I manually cleaned the filter, the machine blew a significant amount of dust onto my wet clothes during the cycle. Instead of coming out clean, my clothes ended up covered in lint, which was frustrating. In summary, this is a fantastic choice with delicious food and great freebies. I would definitely stay here again for the price and the breakfast, but I would probably skip using the hotel’s dryer next time.

Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray. I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel. Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.

Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy jako 5-osobowa rodzina. LOKALIZACJA: W samym sercu Dontonbori, 5 minut spacerem do słynnego szyldu z biegnącym człowiekiem. 3 minuty spacerem do Dondonki. Wiele sklepów i punktów usługowych znajduje się na tej samej ulicy. UWAGA: Jeśli wolisz cichszą, czyściutką i mniej zatłoczoną lokalizację, omijaj ten hotel/okolicę. Obok i naprzeciwko hotelu znajduje się wiele barów i klubów nocnych. Wieczorami dziewczyny ustawiają się wzdłuż ulic, oferując swoje usługi (nie jestem pewien, czy to tylko towarzystwo, czy coś więcej...). Zdarzają się też mężczyźni, którzy mogą zaczepiać Cię, żeby wejść do klubów... Prawie każdej nocy słyszeliśmy syreny karetek 🚑, mimo że byliśmy na drugim najwyższym piętrze hotelu. Hotel jest dość przestarzały. Dywany noszą ślady zużycia, a w holu i windzie unosi się stęchły zapach. Pokoje są jednak bardzo czyste, a ekipa sprzątająca bardzo dobrze sprząta i wymienia ręczniki. WSKAZÓWKA: Sprawdź hotel Candeo Shinsainash i hotele Cross tuż przy drodze, po drugiej stronie. O wiele lepsze otoczenie.

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Shinsekai, also just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations. Housekeeping is provided every four days, but the staff clear the trash and replace the towels daily. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and other essentials are conveniently available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Podróżowałem tuż przed chińską przerwą październikową, więc cena była wysoka, ale wciąż rozsądna w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w tym samym okresie. Typowy japoński hotel biznesowy, czysty i funkcjonalny, w dobrej lokalizacji, ale klimatyzacja była bardzo stara i wydawała głośniejszy niż zwykle dźwięk, którego nie udało się naprawić. Ogólnie dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Cabin President Osaka. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We needed help sending my luggage to Tokyo via Sagawa, and the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. A very special thank you to Tsujimoto and Echigo, they were incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. They explained the process clearly and made sure my luggage was safely arranged, which gave me great peace of mind. Their hospitality made my trip so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
