เรามาถึงค่อนข้างดึกแต่การบริการของรีเซฟชั่นใและพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้การช่วยเหลือและห้การตอนรับเราเป็นอย่างดี เช็คอินใช้เวลาไม่มาก ห้องพักสะอาด เงียบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ

it was a great experience. The room was clean and nicely furnished, and the hotel itself has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the bathroom — during a shower, water tends to leak outside the shower area, causing the whole bathroom floor to get wet. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be improved with better design or barriers. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

صراحة أعجبني الفندق جدا جدا جدا ، موقعه رهيب ، سعره ممتاز ، نظافة عالية ، احترافية في الاستقبال والتعامل ، اللوبي كبير ونظيف ، الغرف واسعة ، سأعود بإذن الله

يعنبر نظام شقق مفروشه وليس فندقي

فندق ممتاز، انصح به الموظفين ممتازين واستجابتهم سريعة، موظفين الإستقبال رائعين ومتعاونين

المسبح قذر جدا مليان مخلفات طيور باقي الفندق رائع وقد كتبت تعليق بنفس المشكله قبل سنه

Arrived to be shown a room with a refrigerator that had leaked all over the floor. We were delighted to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower… The breakfast was at best very poor. Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing.

因為行程問題，臨時在這裏住一晚，整個酒店在當地是很靠前的了，當晚給我住的是沒有窗户的酒店，先對體驗感差很多，早餐不錯，酒店旁邊吃的也多，也有中餐廳。

ممتاز و تعامل راقي جدا من فريق العمل من الاستقبال و حتى المغادره

تجربة مميزة وجميله جداً وتستحق التكرار لكن للاسف حجزة جناح صورة دورة المياة الله يكرمكم لم تكن نفس الصورة والحجم صغير
