Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets.
Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.
The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.
the host is really nice. he will ask the time of your arrival, prepare everything and greet you at the arriving time. it is pretty close to the bus station and very easy to access to the city centre by tram

Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites. The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection.
My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side.
Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination.
As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.
It's so convenient to be close to the airport. You can also book airport pick-up. There is a car to take you to the airport very early in the morning. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a pizza shop next to it, which tastes delicious.

Amazing
Close to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.
Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic. Great service at front desk and the bars, very clean and we’d recommend it, definitely would stay there again in we visit again Zagreb some day.

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!
First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. The hotel is located just 10 mints walk from old town. The facility is clean. Rooms are big size. There is parking back side of the hotel and it is free. The staff is very helpful. I felt the air condition was kind of slow. Over all the stay was good
The hotel, which has own, free parking for cars is a bit out of the center, however ideal location if you want to visit both the city center (easy to get there with publoc transport) and the mountains for hiking. (22 mins walking to the cable car) We got a pleasant, clean room equipped with old, classic style furniture. Had well stuffed pillows, comfy beds, silent nights for good sleep. Breakfast is of a good selection of tasty choices and everything gets refilled by constant interaction with the hosts. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and we can only talk highly of the tastes we could experience there. Overall, we had a very nice experience staying at this hotel and would definitely return another time also.
spotlessly clean room and quite large. The hotel is close to the city's attractions and we went walking because our motto is ”walking a city you feel its rhythm”. The staff are excellent professionals! The hotel really relaxed us as it was a stop on our trip. The only ”complaint” was the towels in the bathroom which were not soft and fluffy to please you in the bath. It doesn't matter!! it's their design that way!!!!!
