The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay.

Ten nowo wybudowany hotel znajduje się nieco poza centrum Tirany, dzięki czemu pokoje są przestronne i jasno oświetlone. Śniadanie było doskonałe. Było też tańsze niż w centrum i bardzo przyjemne. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Albanii, chętnie zatrzymam się w tym hotelu ponownie. Personel recepcji był bardzo miły, uprzejmy i przyjazny. Gorąco polecam.

硬件設施沒的説，品質一流。光是一扇1.2米x2.6米的下懸開啟扇就可以看出酒店的經濟實力！整體裝修黑色系，主打一個暗字，以至於黃昏時分入住的我進門五分鐘沒找到如何打開燈。軟件服務更棒，從進門check in 就是滿嘴的thank you ，到兩個小時後check out 滿嘴的sorry ，嘴上功夫一流。衹可惜三個前台就像麻將牌裏的白板一樣，面無表情: 既無喜悦的微笑，也無不滿的愠怒。我要南向有日照的房間，給了我一間西北向房間。朝向委屈也就罷了，室外零上5度的天氣，連換兩間客房都沒有空調熱風。就連陪我換房的服務生都承認走道比我房間暖和。不想凍死在房間裏，果斷退房。很難想像這樣的服務，綜合評分卻如此的高。好在從未辜負我的攜程一如即往的厚道，承擔了所有的損失。着實配得上我十幾年的信任👍

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.

It was pretty good. The hotel has its own beach and swimming pool. There was also a dinner for two that wasn't listed; the barbecue was delicious. However, it rained heavily the day we arrived, so we didn't get to fully experience the beach area.

GGuest UserHello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. MMrSomebodyVery nice hotel, clean and a pleasant staff. They provided good customer service and they have a good an affordable taxi drop off and pick up service. Their front desk staff is very courteous and all the staff at the hotel as well. Their breakfast meal was nice and tasty I feel they can do better in terms of variety. I enjoyed my stay at Troci and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Albania 😊.
