„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really enjoyed our stay at Royal Chulan Seremban! From the moment we arrived, everything was pleasant and well taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, making it easy to get a good rest after a long day. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we really appreciated the excellent hospitality. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There were plenty of choices and the food was delicious. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to get around Seremban. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at Royal Chulan Seremban. A comfortable hotel with great service, nice facilities and friendly staff. Definitely a place we would consider staying at again whenever we are in Seremban. Highly recommended! ❤️”

„Peaceful retreat in the hills of Pantai area. Basic amenities and owners have designed the lodge to be eco-friendly. We visited during the rainy season so didn’t get a chance to explore the jungle trek or waterfall but still enjoyed our time here. Ask for Mr Mohamad if you need a driver for transfer.”

„It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception. I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the ”smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff.”

„Had a smooth check in, and have around 4 levels of parking. Recommended to park at the 4th level since the space is much bigger. The room itself was really nice, had 1 king bed and 1 queen bed (4 adults can sleep comfortably there). It was such a deal to get the room for RM300 per night, with breakfast for 2 person. There’s also a passageway where you can access for Glory Beach resort and go to public the public beach.”

„Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station.”

„This is my usual hotel for breaking my journey home from Johor. The road journey from Johor to KL from Johor often takes more than 5 hr and is tiring. Seremban offers a convenient place for a night's sleep. Plenty of food outlet with 5 km radius. Parking is by electronic apps these days. This is a plain hotel. There is no restaurant pool or other facilities, People here are friendly and the housekeepers do their job. Some maintenance on the shower head needed, It is facing an angle i have to cooperate with it quite akwardly. I will keep going to this place until I find something better.”

„The place is on a hilltop surrounded by greenery and check in was smooth and breezy. Staff were friendly and helpful, the place has a sense of serenity to it. I took breakfast with the room and it was a simple affair. Limited selection but sufficient to fill up the tummy. WiFi stability wasn’t consistent but if needed, lobby WiFi is reliable. Complimentary parking is provided and room bed was really comfortable.”

„This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.”

„We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great! Breakfast is nice with so many choices!”
