Po prostu cudowna, doskonała obsługa w recepcji, śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, nie wspominając już o tym, że w dniu naszego powrotu, ponieważ mieliśmy bardzo wczesny lot, hotel zostawił filiżankę kawy z wyprzedzeniem, specjalnie na czas wyjazdu . Następnym razem już nie będę miał wątpliwości gdzie odpocząć. Gratulacje dla wszystkich w hotelu.

Apartamenty znajdują się na południowym pasie plaży wyspy, do którego można dojechać 2 autobusami lub taksówką z portu promowego. Personel był bardzo przyjazny, chociaż nie zawsze wiedział o rzeczach, gdy zadawaliśmy pytania, ale starali się dowiedzieć. Łazienka nie ma wentylatora wyciągowego i wymaga pewnych prac, a pokoje mogłyby zostać odświeżone. Ale ogólnie bardzo ładne i wygodne, czysty duży basen zewnętrzny, mnóstwo łóżek plażowych, parasole i łóżka bezpośrednio na plaży z ratownikiem na służbie. Śniadanie również było smaczne i z wieloma opcjami. Zatrzymałbym się ponownie

Zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu z grupą znajomych. Było naprawdę miło — pokoje są czyste, a wystrój ciekawy i przytulny. Śniadanie można zjeść w sąsiednim hotelu i jest pyszne. Można również korzystać z terenu sąsiedniego hotelu — są tam naprawdę przyjemne strefy wypoczynkowe, basen i widok na morze. Bardzo nam się podobało. Jedyne, co przeszkadzało, to fakt, że jeśli chcesz spać przy otwartych oknach, może być naprawdę głośno. To przez autobusy (jeżdżące od wczesnych godzin porannych) i głośnych ludzi (którzy śpiewali i krzyczeli pijani). Ale jeśli zamkniesz okno, wszystko jest idealne. Dzięki

Nad łóżkiem wiszą obrazy przedstawiające karierę Ronaldo od dzieciństwa do dorosłości, coś wspaniałego! Na hotelowym tarasie można pływać i wygrzewać się w promieniach słońca. Naprzeciwko morze i statki wycieczkowe. W hotelu znajdują się także koszulki z autografami Ronaldo. Muzeum Ronaldo znajduje się obok hotelu. Goście zatrzymujący się w hotelu mogą otrzymać bilety do muzeum za darmo w recepcji, siu! ! !

Ten hotel ma o wiele większy potencjał, niż wykorzystuje jego zarząd. Mógłby z łatwością poprawić obsługę klienta i podnieść standardy. Nie uważam go za hotel czterogwiazdkowy, a raczej trzygwiazdkowy. Wystarczyłoby poprawić czystość (znaleźliśmy 2 karaluchy w łazience!!!), meble/wyposażenie w basenie i częściach wspólnych oraz wykończenie pokoi, takie jak drzwi i meble. Ma potencjał, by stać się hotelem pięciogwiazdkowym, ale tak naprawdę to trzygwiazdkowe. Personel jest profesjonalny i rozwiązał wszystkie nasze problemy, ale zasługuje również na lepsze warunki.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with its own spa area and beautiful natural pools right next to the beach. There are a lot of tourists in this region. I would recommend buying water etc. before checking in. Highly recommended for the nightly price of around €150-170. I wouldn't pay more than that though.

MMuhammadOne of the main reason why I booked this 4 star hotel was that it said it had a large space gym area as mentioned before booking, so I assumed it being a 4 start Hotel it will have decent weights and machines. However, when I arrived, the gym didn’t have a pull-up bar or a cable machine, the dumbbell weights were very basic that went up to only 10 kg. That is absolutely disappointing considering this was a 4 start Hotel. To be honest the multiuse cable machine is pretty much all you need as it has everything to be exercise all your body parts! I love my pullups hence I had to find a way to do them so I found a metal gate just outside the gym in the tennis court believe it or not I used the gate frame to do my pullups (see picture). Another downfall is that it didn’t have a water fountain in the gym area. You had to go up to the reception and buy bottle of water for €2. Good luck to those who suffer from quick dehydration. I expected the room to have a kettle which you wouldn’t think twice whether it will have it or not. But guess what? You have to pay extra to have a kettle in your room during your stay between €5 to €7. That’s just jokes, I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry! Other than that, the staff were very friendly and the location is close to the sea, and approximately 11 minutes drive to the main city area in Funchal. I’d say the breakfast is good, but the same time pretty standard what you would get in a 3 star hotel. I was expecting better variety. The breakfast is always the same every day. Hardly never changes. However, the dinner menu has a rotation. Overall, I would give this place 3.5 out of 5! I hope they can accommodate the above the next time I visit.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, kind and helpful staff, great view, good food, spa (sauna and Turkish bath). Perfect for a few days of rest. Only two disadvantages were the taste of coffee for breakfast (only instant coffee) and not very thick walls (you can hear the neighboring rooms a bit). Paid parking lot (0,80 EUR/h, from 8 am to 7 pm - in the street, 10 EUR/day - parking garage in the building opposite the hotel), but you can always park for free about 500 m from the hotel, in the upper part of town.

Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

JJRamosA big thank you to the wonderful team at the Golden Residence hotel. From the bottle of sparkling wine to the small gestures like the candy offered at check-out, our stay was excellent. The indoor pool and Turkish bath are a must, in addition to the outdoor pool. The rooms are large, with a living room and kitchenette; the only thing missing was a TV in the bedroom. Very good location.

As a result, there was a hotel with very spacious rooms, panoramic window, coffee/tea, a comfortable bathroom with bid, a large balcony. The only moments: a separate bed for the couple and a weak shower. Noise of night waves on the amateur:) We had to close the door on the balcony, though it was quite noisy. The service is very friendly.  Breakfast is delicious and fresh. There are plenty of baking, drinks, cuts and hot.  I didn't expect there would be a free transfer to the center and back. Absolute plus this hotel because it is not in step-by-step access from the center.  The views, the purity near the hotel, its beach is amazing.  Then we lived in the private sector and a lot of what looked at the island, but the first two nights in Orca Praia remained in our heart 💘 With respect,  Elena from Russia

GGuest UserDouble room for single occupancy; the room is rather substandard and in no way meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, there was a steadily growing puddle under the sink in the bathroom, extending behind the toilet. The damage must have been known for some time, as the corresponding limescale stains had not been removed. There were water stains all over the bathroom ceiling, a discolored shower curtain, and not a single electrical outlet (even for an electric toothbrush). The room itself is only habitable with the balcony closed, as jackhammers and excavators operate loudly from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the hotel opposite, making noise impossible to ignore even with the door closed. Therefore, balcony use is only possible after 6:00 PM. Moving to another room is not possible, as the hotel is fully booked. For my trip costing €622, I was offered a complimentary dinner (worth €21.50) in the hotel restaurant on the last evening as compensation.

AAnonymous UserWonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

KKseniiaWe stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks
