The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

I have to say we will give the reception guy 6 stars up to five. We have to catch up the train in the early morning around 1am, so that we need to stay in the lounge for around 4hours.The reception guy, with my great respect and grateful, stay up the whole night with us, no rest and give water and turn on for us. In the end, support us for communicating with the driver and carry the luggages for us, with no tips(sorry we dont have change cash at that moments) also breakfast nice and room is clean and tidy

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

To było wygodne od wejścia do hotelu. Myślałem, że zatrzymałem się rano i zostawiłem bagaże, ale mogłem wcześniej załatwić połączenie w 々 i odpocząć w hotelu. Pokój jest czysty, a co najważniejsze, cieszę się, że mam łazienkę. Samarhan jest gorący w sierpniu i cieszy się, że wrócił do hotelu i odpoczął. Następnego ranka, wsiadłem do pociągu od 7:00 rano. Było bardzo pyszne, ale spędziłem wspaniały czas.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Podczas rezerwacji nie można wybrać łóżka dla dziecka. System rezerwacyjny hotelu wyświetla pokój jako dwuosobowy, ponieważ dzieci nie są w nim uwzględnione. Należy jednak dopłacić za łóżko dla dziecka w hotelu, choć wygodniej byłoby zapłacić z góry podczas rezerwacji. Zameldowano nas w pokoju dwuosobowym z trzema osobami i 14-letnim dzieckiem. W pobliżu znajduje się jednak małe miasteczko z restauracjami i uliczkami przypominającymi stare miasto. Hotel znajduje się poza Samarkandą. Mieliśmy również problem ze złapaniem taksówki; podali nam jedną cenę, potem zobaczyli nasz bagaż, a taksówkarz doliczył nam 40%.

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

Номер соответствует фото, завтраки не очень понравились: маленький выбор, но мы останавливались на пару ночей, так что перед дорогой перекусить нормально. Нам не повезло на улице где находилась гостиница был ремонт и было очень пыльно. Расположение нормальное- на такси до главной достопримечательности от 10 до 20 минут, зависит от пробок. На ресепшене деньги не меняют.

Pokój w hotelu był ładny i czysty. Recepcja była przyjazna dla Chińczyków. Śniadanie było dość obfite jak na tę okolicę, biorąc pod uwagę, że widziałem wiele osób jedzących naan i herbatę na lunch. Nie było windy!
