Sam hotel jest bardzo ładny, design jest bardzo wyjątkowy i wygląda ekstrawagancko. Restauracja i bar mają taras, z którego można zobaczyć mury miasta - wygląda wykwintnie nocą, gdy wszystkie światła są włączone. Pokój jest dokładnie taki, jak pokazano na zdjęciach. Łóżko jest dobrej jakości i bardzo przestronne. Pokój jest dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Śniadanie było również doskonałe - chińskie i trochę zachodniej kuchni, wszystko pyszne, świeże i duży wybór. Późno w nocy makaron był prawdziwą ucztą po długim dniu chodzenia. Recepcja jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt dla Xiao Pan i Xiao Wang Zhong Chow.

Wrażenia z pobytu w hotelu są bardzo dobre, szczególnie, że zameldowaliśmy się bardzo późno, bo o 3 rano! Hotel zapewnia bezpłatny transfer z lotniska do hotelu. Pokoje są czyste, podstawowe udogodnienia są kompletne, układ i wyposażenie hotelu są dobrze utrzymane, pokoje są ciepłe i wygodne, a klimatyzacja działa ciepło. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła i jest to dobry wybór na zakwaterowanie w pobliżu lotniska. I oferuje również śniadanie, co jest świetne.

Hotel jest bardzo dobry i wygodnie położony w pobliżu wielu atrakcji, co ułatwia zwiedzanie obszaru. Pokój był wygodny i ogólne środowisko było przyjemne. Co sprawiło, że pobyt jeszcze lepszy był doskonałym serwisem od personelu. W szczególności, Jason zapewnił wybitne wsparcie i usługi przez cały mój pobyt. Był bardzo pomocny, przyjazny i zawsze gotowy do pomocy w razie potrzeby. Jego profesjonalizm i ciepłe podejście naprawdę wywarły wielkie wrażenie. Ogólnie, Miałem bardzo przyjemny pobyt i zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel innym.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Bell Tower Xian and highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient - short walking distance to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated, and beddings and linens are of very high quality. What make it stands out is the service level from the staff, especially Mr. Samuel Wang of the front desk- he checked us in, made sure we are comfortable and reacted very quickly whenever there are any nitty gritty things that needs to be attended to. We will be back next time we are in Xian.

Położony w prestiżowej okolicy, blisko metra, dzwonnicy, centrum handlowego i restauracji. Do dzwonnicy można dojść w niecałe 5 minut. Bardzo rozsądna cena jak na lokalizację i obsługę. Zarezerwowałem pokój bez okna, ale dostałem darmowy pokój z oknem. Wybrałem pokój z widokiem na ulicę. Personel ostrzegał mnie przed hałasem, który może wystąpić, ale nie napotkałem żadnego problemu. Pokój jest przestronny, czysty i wygląda dokładnie tak, jak w opisie. Sprzątaczka jest uprzejma i oferuje wszelką potrzebną pomoc. Personel mówi dobrze po angielsku, jest bardzo uprzejmy i chętnie spełnia prośby gości.

Cons: Sound isolation is bad, whole night you can hear people outside hanging out, the water running through pipes and drainage, bed frame resonates with each movement of the neighbors. No fridge! Pros: Location is fairly good enough. Clean, spacey rooms. Advice: You can shop at Vanguard supermarket in the nearest mall.

端午節前幾日，想着端午節帶家人出遊一下，不想去景點，找一個山裡的酒店或者民宿去擁抱大自然，因為個人習慣，喜歡品質好一些的酒店，所以在攜程找找，其實一打開app搜尋，這家酒店就出現在前三位，另外兩位直接淘汰，因為比較老，這家是2026年開業，當即訂了兩間，其實沒有看過多，像選盲盒一樣，到了酒店其實還是出乎我的意料，酒店首先服務人員的服務意識和態度是非常值得稱讚的，點贊👍🏻另外酒店的硬件還是可以的，室內桌球、高爾夫、健身房、棋牌室，成人休閑娛樂還都是比較全，唯一不足的是室外游泳池沒有完善，應該是才開業，還沒有蓄水，其次陽台牆面的粉牆沒有做好，掉粉，沾了一身白灰，酒店是可以申請延時退房，臨走服務人員還送了伴手禮

Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.
