This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

I was attending a conference at the University of Plymouth and the Crowne Plaza was a great choice. The breakfast was fantastic (photo is the view from the restaurant), the lobby bar is great too and there is also a Tesco Express at the end of the block. The pool and gym were clean and well stoked, too. Would recommend.

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

Disappointed no fridge in room But overall cleanliness was good Nice bathrobe Toilet smelt of stale urine Beds were hard as were pillows didn't have a restful sleep for 2 nights Food in reaastuarant 3 courses was plenty and good value for money Over all pleasant place to stay why I awaited my husband to return from his surgery The range shop was a good distraction as was KFC Ms round the corner and Aldi Also majestic wines Would stay again though

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

Bardzo kiepskie miejsce do parkowania, schody prowadzące na parking są niebezpieczne dla kobiet i dzieci, ponieważ w okolicy śpią bezdomni mężczyźni i palą nieletni *****, opłaty za parkowanie są bardzo wysokie i wynoszą 10,90 £ za jeden dzień, więc byłem tam sześć dni, podczas gdy Premier Inn kosztuje tylko 6,90 £ za jeden dzień, po przyjeździe do recepcji, chociaż urodziłem się w Torquay i mieszkałem tam przez 17 lat, a teraz mieszkam w Tajlandii, poproszono mnie o paszport i zapewniam, że nie byłem z niego zadowolony,

A very comfortable hotel, felt welcoming with their friendly staffs, an eco environment in every aspect and a lovely patio garden cafe with parasol and sofa. Great for family of 4, beds were comfy and the room was cool in summer with its clever eco cooling system. Location is great next to the M5 with easy access to Cornwall and Devon seasides.

晚上7點多到達酒店，訂了兩間房，告訴衹有一間，且滿房，經多重協調，酒店在一個小時以後騰挪出來一間，經理帶到屋裡時解釋説是agent在他們系統上訂了不知道為什麼他們系統又取消了，酒店並沒有實質性上對我們做任何補償。 第二天一早，由於很晚才入住房間，跟前台兩次要求才從11點延遲到12點退房。 更甚，check out時告訴我 需要全款再付第二間我已經在攜程上付過的房費，否則不能走。 早餐及其難吃且幾乎沒有什麼可以選擇的，對於接近5000一晚的房費 我簡直無話可説。 現在多付的房費還沒有退還給我。 另到酒店的路很窄 需要小心駕駛
