I always use the adelphi in Liverpool. It started with national coach excursions but this time iit was for one night only as I went to the empire theatre which is just up the road. It gets bad reviews but I won't hear a bad word about it. You get what you pay for

The location The view for LFC parade Great view and great atmosphere The hotel reception All is good I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Zatrzymaliśmy się na noc i zdecydowaliśmy się na śniadanie. Zameldowanie i pobyt przebiegły bezproblemowo i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pokoju. Łóżko było wygodne, toaleta i łazienka po prostu ładne. Tego samego nie można powiedzieć o śniadaniu, które przygotowywano późno (po 7 rano). Był gotowy dopiero około 7:20, co było dla nas spóźnieniem, ponieważ mieliśmy pociąg do złapania.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Hotel staffs were one of the most friendly bunch i’ve met on my trip to the UK! they were very friendly and approachable, making the entire stay really comfortable. The location is almost perfect, exit the train station and there’s it is, right across the road. visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.

We checked in really late/early hours in the morning, and had a problem with payment, which the bloke on reception was not sure how to resolve it as he did not usually handle payments etc, however, it was instantly resolved by the amazing receptionist who couldn’t have been any more apologetic. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. The superior rooms all seem to be slightly different, but are all nice

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm. We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer. Not a great experience at all!

Lokalizacja jest doskonała, blisko molo, bardzo blisko centrum miasta i atrakcji, a także dogodna do spożywania posiłków. Atmosfera i obsługa hotelu są całkiem dobre, a śniadanie również smaczne. Miłym zaskoczeniem było to, że mimo iż nie wspomniałem o członkostwie w IHG, przyznano mi ponad 300 punktów – niewiele, ale świadczy to o ich szczerości. W końcu zrozumiałem, co oznacza „pokój bez barier”; w końcu to był pokój dla osób niepełnosprawnych, prawie żart! 🤣

Is a great place to stay . Room is nice and service is good . Location is not too far away from shopping area .
