„Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room. Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel. Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center! I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others. Did not use restaurant.”

Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

I picked the hotel for the location, this year my remit for hotels was to be as close to the beach as possible. The entrance is pretty spectacular, a shop and a cafe on the ground floor. There is a gym and an onsen (I couldn't go in as I am covered in tattoos - this is a normal rule in the onsen's. If you have tattoos and are not aware of this you should be travelling around Japan) There are multiple restaurant's on different floors. Hands down the best was the sky lounge on the 23rd floor amazing views and a selection of food either buffet style or an a la carte menu. I need to come back to sample the other restaurants, staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location not too far from the city and the peace museum, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel my trip this morning to the station was so easy, taxi door to door. If you go I urge you to walk around the island as well wonderful views with little sandy areas to sit and relax.

The single room was quite good; it was compact but still had enough space, which is pretty decent for a Japanese hotel. The best feature of the room was the abundance of power outlets everywhere – very modern and meets the current need for charging multiple devices. This definitely deserves a thumbs-up. Furthermore, it was clean and generally quiet, and one of the pillows was a memory foam pillow, which was a nice touch. Of course, the hotel's biggest advantage is its convenience, as it's directly connected to Hiroshima Station. If you exit the central passage's North Exit, turn left, and go to the end of the corridor, you'll find the hotel's second floor. Hiroshima Station itself is a major commercial hub with everything you could need, so it's incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hiroshima.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

We lived this hotel. The design and rooms are very comfortable and the bed was perfect. We booked in with the access to the executive suite which was excellent and the food offer in the evening and the breakfast was great. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip through Japan and we would definitely recommend this for all of the above and because it was in a great location for bars and all the tourist sights. Thank you.

I've stayed at many Daiwa Roynet hotels, and the room amenities are always standard. However, I can't quite agree with this hotel group's obsession with bath comfort. The bathroom is excessively large, which makes the room too small – there's no space to even open a suitcase. The advantage of this particular location is its proximity to the Hiroshima Station Shinkansen exit, just a 5-minute walk. The downside is the air conditioning isn't very effective; it takes a long time to cool down, and it's even cooler in the hallway.

The room is also relatively small but very clean, and the soundproofing is quite good, so I slept very well every night. Breakfast is just simple bread; if there's a big price difference in your booking, I wouldn't recommend buying it. Additionally, from 10 AM to 10 PM, there's a simple drink bar with dried fruits that you can enjoy there, but you can't take them back to your room, which is a bit of a shame. Also, toothbrushes are only provided once! In the room, the lobby amenities only include cotton swabs, combs, and razors, no skincare products.

The hotel staff were all very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. The most convenient thing was the free bus from the hotel to the station, which was very helpful after eating my way around Miyajima. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
