„Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.”

„Jest dobry pod każdym względem i spełnia spójne standardy hoteli InterContinental. Obiekty są kompletne, śniadanie jest obfite, plaża jest bardzo piękna, basen jest czysty, warunki sanitarne są dobre, a obsługa jest bardzo ciepła i przyjazna. Jedyną wadą jest brak autobusu wahadłowego na lotnisko. W przypadku luksusowych hoteli w dzielnicy hotelowej Cancun powinno to być koniecznością, w przeciwnym razie obniży się wydajność kosztowa hotelu.”

„　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。”

„Pokój hotelowy był wygodny. Nie oferował żadnych udogodnień, ale w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i supermarket, gdzie można je kupić. Prysznic w moim pokoju miał bardzo słaby strumień wody, a ciepła woda była bardzo słaba, więc nie była ciepła do kąpieli. Łazienka była przestronna, podobnie jak pokój. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, całkiem dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt.”

„This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.”

„This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow.”

„Pięknie zaprojektowany hotel buticzny. Miał piękny duży i czysty pokój. Pływanie jest wspaniałe, ale może użyć kilku łopatek, aby usunąć upadłe liści. Pracownicy świecili jasno z ich nieobecności, śniadanie w 8.00 nie miało miejsca, ale znacznie później ... Oferta klubu plaży nie jest naprawdę darmowa, i potrzebuje samodzielnie opłaconej usługi taksówki. W końcu poszedłem na plażę własną ręką. Woda morska była ogromna, więc wszystko to razem sprawiło, że przenieśli mnie do innych miejsc. Niezwrotny hotel więc bądźcie świadomi!”

„Zameldowanie odbywa się po otrzymaniu pisemnej notatki. Przekąski są dostępne codziennie od godziny 18:00. Pierwszego dnia o godzinie 17:00 należy poprosić o przekąski, ale nie udzielono odpowiedzi. Następnego dnia o godzinie 17:00 ponownie należy poprosić o wejście i odmówić przyjęcia. Goście muszą zostać poproszeni o przygotowanie kolacji. Zdecydowanie odmówiono przygotowania przekąsek dla gości. W końcu trzeba było zgłosić to kierownikowi lobby, który w końcu je dostarczył. Były to burgery, frytki i hot-dogi. Do pokoju prowadzą dwa stopnie. Osoby z niepełnosprawnościami powinny to dokładnie rozważyć. Kawiarnia oferuje różne dania o różnych porach. Japońskie jedzenie jest kiepskie, więc nie ma sensu zamawiać. Widok na basen nie jest wystarczająco piękny!”

„Jedyną dobrą rzeczą w tym Aloft jest lokalizacja. Nie przechowają twojego bagażu, jeśli przyjedziesz wcześniej, ponieważ wydaliby wszystkie swoje pieniądze, żebyś zapłacił 42 dolary za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Każą ci siedzieć w lobby przez wiele godzin, aż do czasu zameldowania. Darmowe drinki w barze były bardzo rozwodnione. Najprawdopodobniej nie zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy będę w Cancun.”
