Obsługa była dobra. Udogodnienia w porządku. Wystrój trochę przestarzały, ale lokalizacja doskonała ze względu na widoki, ciszę i spokój.
Cena posiłków i noclegów była adekwatna do cen zagranicznych gości. Odległość do restauracji to długi spacer.
3/5 ⭐️
Location is central and great. Parking is a bit of luck as reserved places are very limited, but street parking is abundant in the area. No real complaints, but the facility is quite dated. The shower booth reflected this, for example, with a leaky swivel head the sprayed water unevenly. Good for short term stays where you need a central base. Probably not my first choice if you want to lounge around in your room.
There was no shower gel upon arrival, rather than housekeeping delivering it to our villa, we were asked to walk around 500 to 800m to collect it from reception.
The other single bed was a trundler bed which was underneth. There should have been signs, we only discovered on the 2nd night so spent 1 night sleeping in the sofa.
The villa had a kitchen and laundry facilities so was pretty convenient for our stay.
Front staff very helpful, however first bed cover sheet was stained and the replacement sheet had a rip in it. Dinner food was small, overpriced and not tasty however breakfast there was alot of choice and yummy fresh food. Third party service neglected to pass on pet details so was an unexpected added cost however was very convenient to be able to have my pet there. Was a very warm and comfy room, thank you.
The room we stayed in (3 bedroom townhouse) was part of an old motel next door that was acquired and integrated into Quality Inn Acapulco. Its very old and dated, much of the facilities are ran to their life end.
That said, the motel is clean and convenient.
We loved everything about the stay. The owner/manager served us enthusiastically. The food is consistently of a high standard and a very relaxed and pleasant dining experience. The staff go above and beyond cheerfully. Since finding Hidden Lake Hotel, we have not stayed anywhere else when travelling from Auckland to Taupo via Cambridge and intend to spend more time there in future.
It is an excellent cottage and a bonus for the night that you could see the star. But you need to drive out for dinner.

Very Good
GGuest UserAlways a good stay at Wairakei resort, comfortable room very close to main lobby which has excellent AC. Plenty of on site parking and love the access to the motorway. The bathroom cleaning could be better as I found a few hairs in the tub when we got there however this was the only thing I could fault.
GGuest UserThis hotel is located near Lake Taupo, offering distant views of the lake. It's also conveniently close to the famous 'plane' McDonald's in town. It's a resort-style hotel with both paid and free parking areas. The single beds, at 0.9 meters wide, are a bit small, but the room itself is quite spacious. I was particularly pleased with the bathroom, which had two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The maple leaves outside the hotel were beautiful, and I even saw a rainbow 🌈.
XXinpingyouchuanNovotel Hamilton's location by the lake is great. The hotel service is excellent; the staff even advised us to park at the free lakeside spots early to save on the daily NZD 40 parking fee. The room was very clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I highly recommend staying here.
GGuest UserWow! We go upgraded to two bedroom apartment which was really handy since it has washer/dryer plus air conditioning in both bedrooms and open plan living area. Very clean and modern apartment with good appliances (Bosch cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The apartment is sound proofed. They also have 4 varieties of Zealong Tea Estate teas along with the Zealong cups plus coffee pods. The hotel is next to the lake and shops so it’s quite convenient. My only issue is that outside of night time sleeping hours, the air conditioner would turn off by itself after a few minutes. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

JJason Reed - TasmaniaGreat location, absolutely faultless service from the staff. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, but really the only downside. Laundry onsite, restaurant with room service. For the price, this is a steal in Hamilton. You are not expecting a super modern fancy hotel, but even still, it is not that bad for an aged building!
GGuest UserThis hotel was wonderful. It was located on the lake and had amazing views to wake up too.
The hotel is very family friendly and includes a heated pool and tennis court. I enjoyed going for a morning walk along the lake too.
It was a large apartment and the staff were accommodating too.
I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat restaurant. Good bar.
Excellent parking.
Like swimming pool and gym.
Great place to stay for all Hamilton activities, hospital.
Located at airport so is good in conjunction with travel plans
GGuest UserBreakfast is not delicious, do not have breakfast, there are ants and bugs in the room, friends in the same group have been bitten, must pay attention, the room layout is OK, the cleaning is also clean, the front desk brother is very handsome, the service attitude is also very good
