I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Ogólnie doskonały hotel. Świetna lokalizacja i przyjazny personel oraz wspaniałe tereny/widoki. Doświadczenie można znacznie poprawić za pomocą dwóch małych zmian: 1. Obsługa przy basenie – w obecnej sytuacji musisz zaopatrzyć się we własne jedzenie i napoje. Dodanie aplikacji lub systemu połączeń byłoby niesamowite. Kelner/kelnerka przy basenie byłaby niesamowita. 2. Lepsze materace. Wydawały się dość twarde, jak niedrogi materac nieodpowiedni dla ładnego hotelu.

Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Good location close to the town centre and it's calm there at the same time. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Good Wi Fi. Free parking available on the hotel's territory. No gym, unfortunately.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

The hotel is very new, clean, stylish and convenient. Breakfast is very good and healthy. Restaurant offered high quality food. We will stay again. Only one thing was my room was right above the restaurant kitchen I think. I could smell cooking smell from the washroom. The music was loud as well. I guess upper floor should have no issues. Reception was very helpful as well.

The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Obsługa była nienaganna: personel wykazywał się życzliwością i proaktywnością przez cały czas, co podnosiło komfort pobytu. Infrastruktura i usługi: Do pozytywnych atutów należą dobrze wyposażona siłownia (z różnorodnymi urządzeniami) oraz przyjemny kryty basen. Zauważyliśmy jednak pewne obszary wymagające poprawy: - Siłownia: Niektóre urządzenia wykazywały oznaki zużycia, takie jak monitory bez baterii i łańcuchy z oznakami rdzy, co wskazuje na potrzebę częstszej konserwacji. Basen: Rozmiar jest ograniczony w stosunku do liczby gości, co czasami powoduje dyskomfort w godzinach szczytu. Pokoje i łazienki: Pomimo nienagannej czystości, pokoje i łazienki były zaskakująco proste. Podstawowy wystrój i detale, takie jak zasłony prysznicowe (zamiast szklanych kabin), wydają się odbiegać od standardu oczekiwanego od hotelu tej kategorii. Śniadanie: Śniadanie było bardzo urozmaicone i wyśmienite; jednak serwis kawowy, zwłaszcza espresso, mógłby być lepszy. Utworzyły się długie kolejki, a czasami napoje się kończyły, a wiele osób czekało. Zalecany byłby dodatkowy ekspres do kawy, aby skrócić czas oczekiwania. Stosunek jakości do ceny: Biorąc pod uwagę inwestycję (4 noce), oczekiwano wyższego poziomu wyrafinowania w takich aspektach, jak wykończenie i konserwacja. W porównaniu z innymi doświadczeniami (takimi jak 3-gwiazdkowy hotel na innej wyspie, z niższymi kosztami i lepszymi parametrami pod niektórymi względami), stosunek jakości do ceny nie spełnił oczekiwań.
