Good for the price. A little worn in places, but well equipped. Appreciated the room had a microwave. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and are probably the best thing about this hotel. I did have a package delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, it seemed to have gone missing. Potentially taken by someone or given away in error. Not a huge issue, and I don't expect them to take responsibility, but the young lady who helped me was very apologetic.

Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return trip to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service

Everything is satisfactory. but they should have a microwave, and plate and utensils in the room. they need to provide one or two complimentary bottles of water in the room. I think they also need to think about their elevator.

W ziemi drogich hoteli, ten przychodzi w niedawno cenę. Pokoje są czyste i choć wszystko jest rzadkie, ale z pewnością dobra dla ceny. Spark, piekarnik lub kawałek chleba za cenę w dzisiejszym świecie ten hotel reprezentuje wartość. 

I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Wish the pool was a little bigger but would stay here again

シャトルバスはT1のホテルシャトルバス(ゴールド)からほぼ一日中30分おきにホテル↔︎空港を運行していています。紫と白のバンで、名前も書いてありますのでわかりやすいです。(近しい名前と間違えないように) ホテルはとても清潔ですし、受付応対もしっかりしてくれます。 特にホテル1Fのバーは良心的な価格でかつ美味しいです。今回朝が早かったため食事はつけませんでしたが、ゆっくりできるのであればおすすめです。 目の前には公園があり、私が泊まった日曜には音楽フェスティバルが穏やかに行われており雰囲気も明るく楽しかったです。

The hotel is located just outside of the airport. I did not have to drive very far after picking up my rental car. The room is spacious and clean. They serve the breakfast from 6 am which is good for people who want to start the journey early after a good night sleep recovering from a long haul flight. The staff is friendly and they work fast.

0 things to do other than swim prior to 10 :00 am on a Saturday which is tough with kids. Pool and rooms are not kid friendly. Thin walls (could hear every word of neighbors convo until midnight), no ledges to set anything in shower.

Nice hotel room close to the airport and Mall of America. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to free wifi in the room.
