The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located, and close to landmarks and popular check-in spots. Even if you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. The staff provides great recommendations and excellent service. Most importantly, they even offer candies, which is a wonderful touch!

It's suitable for family. Room is same in review tatami. Old fashion & traditional. I like the tea table & chair. Toilet is clean. It's just in the middle of Dotonbori street. It's crowded & abit trash on the street.

This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.

Unbeatable value for money, quite new, and most importantly, the price is reasonable. The small size isn't a problem. It's not far from two subway stations, just a few hundred meters away. The neighborhood is supposedly a bit unsafe, and it's true; strange people gather in front of the convenience store next door at night. There are homeless people. And there are people shouting after drinking at 3 or 4 AM.

The location is accesible, with 3 convenience stores near it (2 family marts and 1 7-11). It is near the subway station (midosuji line and yotsubashi line are just 3minute walk; while kansai line, yamatoji line, osaka loop line, nankai limited line, nankai koya line and nankai line are just 10min walk). Namba is just one station away from midosuji or yotsubashi line). the room is clean and spacious as compared to other japanese hotel/accomodation. There is enough space to open our large suitcases. There is a space to hang and unpack your clothes. Body towels, and face towels, toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, hairdryer, are already prepared for you. There is a washing machine and refrigerator too. You can cook there as well. Aircon, room heater, hot water are also available.

This hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags. The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key. Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food. One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.  Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services.

This is an ultimate experience for my asia trip!! The accommodation is good accessibility within a 15 mints walk from JR station🤙👍Check in procedures may have been completed by the customer himself and also clean & neat room , corridor, and I was arranged a good view suite! There are few famous restaurants and shopping nearby , I would like to recommend if you gonna travel from Kansai to wakayama and mie , this accommodation would be a good steps 🥰

숙소 정말 좋았습니다! 엄청 깨끗하고 아늑해서 4박5일동안 큰 불편함없이 지내다 갑니다~ jr데라다초역이 도보 3분거리고 바로 앞 길 건너 큰 세븐일레븐이 있고 근거리에 로손과 패밀리마트도 있어서 좋았습니다. 무인으로 운영되고 있어 불편한 사항이 있으면 어떻게 문의하나 걱정했는데 문의할 일 없이 너무 좋았어서 이렇게 리뷰를 씁니다! 밤에 오토바이 소리가 좀 클때가 있었지만 비교적 조용했습니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 옆에 현지인 돈카츠 맛집도 있어서 최고였습니다. 다음에 또 오사카를 오게 된다면 다시 방문하겠습니다^^
