„This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.”

„This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Osaka! I had been worried about the typical small Japanese hotel rooms, but I was so pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was incredibly spacious, and our family of four never felt cramped. What really stood out was having two toilets and two showers, which meant everyone could get ready simultaneously in the mornings and evenings without waiting in line – an absolute lifesaver for a family vacation. The room was spotlessly clean, and since the hotel is relatively new, all the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and even a washer-dryer with automatic detergent dispensing. We didn't need to pack many clothes for our stay, which really made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic too, just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station. It was super convenient for getting to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Osaka Castle, and Universal Studios. Plus, there are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants downstairs, so finding food and essentials was never an issue. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us detailed information about local transport and attractions. Their service was truly thoughtful and made us feel very well taken care of. Another huge bonus was the free parking (though you need to reserve in advance), which is a rare find in central Osaka. Highly recommended for anyone traveling by car. If I come back to Osaka, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to all my friends. It's an excellent choice for both family trips and group travel.”

„Hotel is a distance from the stations not what the Google map claimed. Staff is helpful with our enquiries but not sure why the towel is always replaced for 1 pax even though we have 2 pax. There's only cleaning for once every two days and for the 5 days we stayed only one cleaning was provided. But they will put the towels outside the door. Microwave is quite smelly not well maintained. Dryer is Abit dusty as well not really clean. Recommended if you do not have alot of luggage if not it is quite a push from the station. Near sakaisujihonmachi station”

„The location is accesible, with 3 convenience stores near it (2 family marts and 1 7-11). It is near the subway station (midosuji line and yotsubashi line are just 3minute walk; while kansai line, yamatoji line, osaka loop line, nankai limited line, nankai koya line and nankai line are just 10min walk). Namba is just one station away from midosuji or yotsubashi line). the room is clean and spacious as compared to other japanese hotel/accomodation. There is enough space to open our large suitcases. There is a space to hang and unpack your clothes. Body towels, and face towels, toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, hairdryer, are already prepared for you. There is a washing machine and refrigerator too. You can cook there as well. Aircon, room heater, hot water are also available.”

„Lokalizacja nie jest łatwa do znalezienia, znajduje się przy małej drodze. Kiedy się zameldowaliśmy, budynek obok był nadal w budowie, ale nie zauważyliśmy żadnego hałasu, tylko to, że balkon był trochę zakurzony. Udogodnienia w domu wydają się bardzo nowe, powinny być niedawno zainstalowane. Łazienka ma oddzielne strefy mokre i suche oraz wannę, ale jest bardzo mała, więc wysokie osoby mogą nie być w stanie z niej korzystać, ale dzieci mogą. Chociaż trudno znaleźć, lokalizacja nie jest zła. Naprzeciwko jest supermarket, a zakwaterowanie jest tam bardzo przystępne! Krótki spacer doprowadzi Cię do Kuromon Market, który jest wejściem do Kuromon Kurogin. Jednak nie spróbowałem Kurogin, ponieważ było tłoczno w porze posiłków. Możesz pójść na targ Kuromonkan, aby upolować okazje. Większość straganów zamyka się o 18:00, więc jeśli pójdziesz mniej więcej o tej porze, prawdopodobnie zobaczysz zniżkę! Połowa ceny! „It's suitable for family. Room is same in review tatami. Old fashion & traditional. I like the tea table & chair. Toilet is clean. It's just in the middle of Dotonbori street. It's crowded & abit trash on the street.”

„The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located, and close to landmarks and popular check-in spots. Even if you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. The staff provides great recommendations and excellent service. Most importantly, they even offer candies, which is a wonderful touch!”

„Położenie jest świetne z mnóstwem sklepów wokół i bardzo lokalnych do Dontonbury. Układ pokojowy nie był najlepszy, ale myślę, że jeśli go przeorganizować, to będzie naprawdę dobrze. Głównym problemem jest posiadanie świateł i przełącza się nad głową, gdy leży w łóżku i nie ma nagłówka. Jeśli zainstalowali nagłówki w pokojach i przesunęli pozycję łóżka, to uczyniłoby to znacznie lepsze. Mam nadzieję, że hotel zauważy ten przegląd i wprowadza zmiany, ponieważ wszystko inne o hotelu jest naprawdę dobre i to uczyniłoby to jeszcze lepsze miejsce do pobytu dla łatwego dostępu do tak wielu wielkich obszarów Osaki.”

„This hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags. The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key. Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food. One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.  Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services.”
