„Nice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. Unfortunately, the water supply had issues, but the hotel staff promptly helped to arrange us to be able to shower elsewhere. While slightly inconvenient, it made for memorable experience buggy-ing down a main road.”

„不是第一次住棠岸小區，但這次感受upup 設施： 經典房型，不出去玩的時候小泳池泡泡也蠻開心，5個房間住人都蠻寬敞 衞生： 入住前跟店家聯繫能不能挑選個蟲少的房子，同行太多女孩子怕蟲。店家沒有嫌麻煩，反而提前多次消殺保潔，超感動 環境： 小區環境很好，小區自帶超大泳池、私域沙灘； 這次房子在D區，離外賣架和門口都很近； 另外就是直通地庫專屬停車位極其方便 服務： 黃管家和保潔的阿姨們都很負責，有事響應很積極 這次和朋友們出遊很圓滿。大約下次家庭出行還會選擇這裏，到時候黃管家幫忙安排喔”

„Good and fast service and quick to respond to queries via WeChat. The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks. It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly. Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue. Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).”

„This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone”

„Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!”

„總體來説住宿的空間很足夠，泳池很乾凈，房間不小，整體周圍也很安靜，畢竟是一個比較“荒蕪”的小區，在房子吵鬧也不會有人投訴… 管家還算響應及時，白天正常上班時間都能聯繫到，晚上可能就沒有值班的人了 但是槽點説實話也不少，比如車輛沒有辦法開進來，衹能停在小區門口的路邊，每次要出門或者回來得讓管家開電瓶車來接送，如果是正常白天基本是隨叫隨到，如果出去玩得太晚回來管家可能就下班了，需要步行回房間 還有就是房間內部的設施比較陳舊，感覺維護的不是很好，房間窗簾關不緊、吊頂檢修口沒關上、換下來的燈管隨意擺放、房間有些許黴味、沙發污漬很多、電視遙控電池失蹤等等 總的來説勉強合格，但很多地方差強人意”

We arrived at the hotel after the reservation. We didn't know that there was a shuttle bus. It was very timely. The luggage could be delivered to each room. The front desk and the brother who sent the luggage were very enthusiastic. They also upgraded. I met the manager and sent us some snacks. , Clearly, it is not sold on time! Send directly! In fact, it is not very timely, there is 3/4 months! I have never seen such a bright boss, the atmosphere has a pattern! ! Есть все,что необходимо, зубные щетки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, одноразовая бритва. Территория закрытия. Тихо, птички поют. Для уединения отлично. Нас встретили, рейс был ночной, разместили. Помогли с чемоданами. Хозяева очень радушные. На территории есть магазин, с товарами первой необходимости. Больше рядом нет ничего. До всего надо ехать или оооочень долго идти. До моря далеко. До ялонгбей топать около часа. Мы один раз прошлись, далее только такси. В целом нам такой опыт отдыха понравился, но не надолго))))”

Kamerdynerem, który nas przyjął, był Awei, który był bardzo entuzjastyczny i szybko odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania, których nie rozumiał. Odpowiadał na wszystkie zadawane przez nas pytania, wcale nie będąc pobieżnym! ! ! To takie ciepłe, środowisko zakwaterowania jest czyste i schludne, a bezpieczeństwo społeczności jest bardzo dobre. Możesz czuć się tutaj swobodnie! Woda w basenie jest również bardzo czysta, w okolicy jest wiele dań na wynos, a do tego jest bardzo blisko malowniczego miejsca! Nie spodziewałem się, że tego rodzaju willa będzie tak dobra po raz pierwszy. Zatrzymam się tu ponownie, gdy przyjadę do Sanyi! Po prostu zidentyfikuj je jako swoje! ! !
