不是第一次住棠岸小區，但這次感受upup 設施： 經典房型，不出去玩的時候小泳池泡泡也蠻開心，5個房間住人都蠻寬敞 衞生： 入住前跟店家聯繫能不能挑選個蟲少的房子，同行太多女孩子怕蟲。店家沒有嫌麻煩，反而提前多次消殺保潔，超感動 環境： 小區環境很好，小區自帶超大泳池、私域沙灘； 這次房子在D區，離外賣架和門口都很近； 另外就是直通地庫專屬停車位極其方便 服務： 黃管家和保潔的阿姨們都很負責，有事響應很積極 這次和朋友們出遊很圓滿。大約下次家庭出行還會選擇這裏，到時候黃管家幫忙安排喔

Nice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. Unfortunately, the water supply had issues, but the hotel staff promptly helped to arrange us to be able to shower elsewhere. While slightly inconvenient, it made for memorable experience buggy-ing down a main road.

This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy! . The hotel is in a great location—close to attractions but still quiet enough to relax. 🌴 住進三亞的私密度假別墅，這才是理想假期該有的樣子！ 這次來三亞，沒有選擇人擠人的酒店，而是訂了這間帶獨立泳池的別墅，體驗感直接拉滿！ 從踏入院門的那一刻，就被這裏的靜謐和精緻所吸引。穿過精心打理的熱帶綠植，才真正走進這個屬於自己的小天地。 • 私享泳池，度假感拉滿：最愛的就是這個私人泳池，清澈的池水在陽光下波光粼粼。午後，躺在池邊的躺椅上，聽着樹葉沙沙作響，什麼都不用想，時間彷彿都慢了下來。傍晚時分，在池邊小酌一杯，看着夕陽把天空染成橘紅色，氛圍感直接拉滿。 • 現代輕奢，空間感十足：室內的裝修是現代輕奢風，寬敞明亮的客廳、質感滿滿的大理石餐桌，還有那個超有設計感的水晶吊燈，每一處細節都透着品質。最貼心的是，客廳的推拉門可以完全打開，直接連通泳池庭院，實現了真正的“室內外無界”。 • 露台涼亭，愜意時光：傍晚時分，在這裏吹着晚風，看着遠處的風景，和朋友聊聊天，或者衹是發發呆，都覺得無比愜意。 • 熱帶風情，處處是景：整個別墅區被茂密的熱帶植物環繞，棕櫚樹、芭蕉葉、各種叫不出名字的花朵，隨手一拍都是大片。無論是清晨的陽光透過樹葉灑下斑駁光影，還是午後在泳池邊享受片刻的寧靜，都讓人感覺彷彿置身於一個熱帶祕境。 總的來説，這是一次超出預期的度假體驗。私密、安靜、高品質，每一個角落都讓人感到放鬆和愉悦。如果你也厭倦了人潮，想要一個真正屬於自己的假期，這裏絕對是不二之選。

Апартаменты большие, 3 комнаты, в каждой выход на балкон. Гостиная и одна из спален с выходом на террасу. Кухня. 2 санузла. На террасе джакузи, качеля. Есть все,что необходимо, зубные щетки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, одноразовая бритва. Территория закрытия. Тихо, птички поют. Для уединения отлично. Нас встретили, рейс был ночной, разместили. Помогли с чемоданами. Хозяева очень радушные. На территории есть магазин, с товарами первой необходимости. Больше рядом нет ничего. До всего надо ехать или оооочень долго идти. До моря далеко. До ялонгбей топать около часа. Мы один раз прошлись, далее только такси. В целом нам такой опыт отдыха понравился, но не надолго))))

Good and fast service and quick to respond to queries via WeChat. The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks. It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly. Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue. Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).

## 泳池別墅：這方天地，將生活過成電影 當我推開那扇高大的院門，一方全然屬於自己的天地緩緩展開。澄澈的泳池宛如鑲嵌在庭院中央的碧玉，倒映着藍天白雲。池邊整齊排列的躺椅與精緻遮陽傘，在陽光下靜候着慵懶的時光。綠植在牆邊悄然舒展，而落地玻璃門則像畫框，將室內外的景緻巧妙地連綴成一片——僅僅初見，心已悠然。 白晝的泳池是靈魂的休憩場。躍入清涼池水，便隔絕了外界喧囂，衹餘水流温柔的撫慰。閉目漂浮，天地間彷彿衹剩水波輕漾，陽光温柔穿透眼簾，時間也似乎放緩了腳步。浮沉之間，彷彿卸下了所有重負。而池畔的水磨石枱麪，被曬得暖意融融，躺卧其上，任由身體舒展，目光掠過粼粼波光，追逐雲朵的漫遊，心緒亦隨之變得輕盈。 當暮色四合，庭院燈光次第點亮，池水便蕩漾出温柔的碎金。在星幕下獨自漂浮，世界衹剩水聲、蟲鳴與頭頂的璀璨星河，寧靜得彷彿可以聽見心跳。轉身步入廳堂，寬敞的空間、雅緻的陳設、齊備的廚具，一切皆如量身定做。主卧的私密露台更是點睛之筆，晨起飲一杯清茶，暮色中品一盞淡酒，滿目皆是專屬風景。 這裏不衹提供一處居所，更安放了一種嚮往。雖然價格稍高，但每一刻的私屬享受、每一寸空間帶來的舒展與尊崇，都讓付出物有所值。這方小小的水中天地，温柔地接納了我們，讓我們不再是行色匆匆的過客，而是成為了生活的主人——在碧波與星空之間，我們終於活成了嚮往的樣子。 住進泳池別墅，不是住進房子，而是住進了一種生活。

We had a really great time at this villa. The place was huge and super clean, which was awesome. The cleaning ladies came every single day, which was a nice surprise—they kept everything spotless and even gave us fresh water bottles. The owner was also really nice and helpful. At one point, he even noticed the pool was getting low and came to refill it for us, which we really appreciated. I'd totally recommend this place for a family vacation or a big group trip. It was perfect for us.
