I originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

The rooms are all very spacious and clean, equipped with KTV and game consoles which the kids absolutely loved. The butler service was also incredibly attentive; they were always available to help, whether it was getting takeout or fixing an issue with the room facilities. Many thanks!

Traveling to Sanya with a 9-month-old baby, choosing a hotel was a dilemma. Everyone recommended Tianyu in Yalong Bay, but I felt my child was too young to enjoy many of the facilities, so it wouldn't be worth it. I searched on Ctrip and found this family-themed room. It was very spacious for three people, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with a playground, an infinity pool, and paddleboarding. It truly exceeded our expectations when we arrived. There's also live entertainment, and ordering takeout is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to the beach; for young children, I'd recommend bringing a stroller and a hip seat. The evenings in September were cool and breezy. If it weren't for another hotel's non-refundable policy, I would have loved to extend our stay for another night. This time, I brought my family to Sanya Yalong Bay for a vacation and ultimately chose to stay at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort. The biggest surprise throughout the entire trip came from the housekeeping service. I absolutely must write a detailed review to commend these dedicated housekeeping staff. The hotel as a whole has a Southeast Asian tropical garden style, surrounded by large areas of lush greenery. The standalone villas come with private hot spring pools, offering great privacy. You can feel the sea breeze and greenery of Sanya right in your own courtyard, creating an incredible atmosphere. The villa space is ample, with clearly defined areas for the living room, bedroom, and separate bathrooms. A large soaking tub, outdoor shower, and courtyard loungers are all available, making it perfect for a family relaxing holiday. The cleanliness and service of the room were definite highlights of this stay. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and professional. Every day when they came to clean the room, they would gently knock to confirm, respecting our rest time. While cleaning, they not only wiped the floors, surfaces, and bathrooms spotlessly clean but also paid attention to corners and crevices. The bathroom glass and sink were free of water marks, the toilet and shower area were clean and odorless, and the bedding was neatly replaced with pillows tidily arranged. Our personal luggage, electronic products, and children's toys, which were left casually in the room, were carefully organized without being arbitrarily moved by the cleaners, protecting guests' belongings – this was particularly reassuring. After cleaning each day, the housekeeping staff would thoughtfully arrange towels into cute elephant and swan shapes on the bedside, bringing a lot of joy to the children. During our stay, we occasionally needed extra mineral water and children's toiletries. After contacting housekeeping, the response was swift, and items were delivered to our room shortly after, with a gentle and polite attitude. One evening, when there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, we contacted housekeeping, and staff quickly brought mosquito repellent and kindly reminded us to close the courtyard door to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room. Their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. For several days, the room remained fresh and clean. Even when we went out for the day and brought back sand and beach items, the housekeeping staff meticulously cleaned the sand particles from the courtyard and room the next day, keeping the entire villa spotless. The area around the villa's pool was also cleaned, with fallen leaves and debris promptly cleared, ensuring the courtyard environment remained neat and comfortable. The housekeeping staff always greeted guests with a smile and sincere demeanor, without any perfunctoriness. You could tell the housekeeping team was professionally trained and dedicated to every room and every guest. Although some hotel facilities showed their age, the room maintenance was excellent. The housekeeping team consistently carried out daily upkeep and promptly reported any equipment issues to ensure guests' comfort as much as possible. It is precisely the diligent cleaning and thoughtful service of the housekeeping staff, day in and day out, that made the entire stay warm and pleasant. When on vacation, a clean and safe room is fundamental, and the Pullman housekeeping team exceeded expectations. The hotel's amenities are also very good. The in-park buggies were available on demand, shuttle services made travel convenient, and breakfast offered a rich variety. The distance to Yalong Bay Beach was not far. Our family enjoyed relaxing in the villa's courtyard and soaking in the private pool, making for a truly vacation-like experience. A big thank you to all the housekeeping staff for their patient, meticulous, and thoughtful service. They created a comfortable and safe living environment for us with their professionalism and dedication. The housekeeping service at Pullman Yalong Bay is highly commendable, and I strongly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Sanya. The next time we visit Yalong Bay, we will still prioritize Pullman and look forward to meeting this warm housekeeping team again, especially the butler Chen Shanzhu and housekeeper Xu Yiming, and Sun Youhui. We stayed at Sanya Yalong Bay Dream Tours Bay Resort Pool Villa for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 8 nights—which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it. We originally booked only a few nights to make sure the accommodation met our expectations, and it definitely did. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Our two kids had plenty of room to play indoors, making it feel much more like a home than a hotel room. The swimming pool was another highlight. It is large, clean, and great for both adults and children. The only minor issue is that some of the tiles on the pool stairs could use renovation, as the edges can scratch your legs if you're not careful. The management deserves special praise. They create a WeChat group upon arrival, making communication incredibly easy. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, replaced all towels, and even provided extra ones when needed. One thing worth mentioning is the location. The map on Trip.com shows the location of the resort's villas, not the apartment buildings where we stayed. This was a surprise at first, but the apartments are actually located next to Yalong Bay Outlets and the Bank of China Yalong Bay Branch. Yalong Bay Beach is not within comfortable walking distance, but a DiDi taxi takes only about 5 minutes and is very inexpensive, so it was never an issue. The only other minor inconvenience was that the elevator key card occasionally didn't work smoothly, but it was a small issue and didn't affect our stay. This is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay. If you're planning to eat out frequently, keep in mind that Yalong Bay has relatively limited dining options. We often took a taxi to the Dadonghai area, where there is a much wider selection of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Sanya.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Service: The front desk check-in process was efficient and smooth, and the staff were gentle and polite. The sightseeing buggy was available on-call, and they proactively assisted with luggage. Environment: The hotel is nestled between mountains and the sea, surrounded by tropical greenery, away from the city's hustle and bustle, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. The infinity pool on the cliff faces the ocean directly, offering superb views of the Shenzhou Peninsula lighthouse in the distance. The villa area is well-arranged and offers excellent privacy. The location is convenient, with easy access to Shimei Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula by car.

The service was warm and friendly, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again! The environment was quiet and peaceful, with meticulous hygiene details. The front desk was responsive, and the overall experience was perfect. The hotel environment was tranquil, with good soundproofing for a peaceful rest. Hygiene standards were met, and the front desk was efficient. The facilities were complete, making it a very convenient place to stay for business trips.

Our first stop in Sanya was this Mountain & River Villa, and it was the perfect choice! It's super close to Phoenix Airport, so we could check in right after landing, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage, especially with elderly family members and kids. The private villa we stayed in had its own massive pool with crystal-clear water and beautiful scenery – every photo looked like it was from a resort magazine, instantly setting the perfect vacation mood! There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. Plus, it's really close to Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), making it super convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our experience was fantastic – I wish I could stay for a whole month!
