„This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone”

„Апартаменты большие, 3 комнаты, в каждой выход на балкон. Гостиная и одна из спален с выходом на террасу. Кухня. 2 санузла. На террасе джакузи, качеля. Есть все,что необходимо, зубные щетки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, одноразовая бритва. Территория закрытия. Тихо, птички поют. Для уединения отлично. Нас встретили, рейс был ночной, разместили. Помогли с чемоданами. Хозяева очень радушные. На территории есть магазин, с товарами первой необходимости. Больше рядом нет ничего. До всего надо ехать или оооочень долго идти. До моря далеко. До ялонгбей топать около часа. Мы один раз прошлись, далее только такси. В целом нам такой опыт отдыха понравился, но не надолго))))”

„Good and fast service and quick to respond to queries via WeChat. The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks. It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly. Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue. Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).”

„不是第一次住棠岸小區，但這次感受upup 設施： 經典房型，不出去玩的時候小泳池泡泡也蠻開心，5個房間住人都蠻寬敞 衞生： 入住前跟店家聯繫能不能挑選個蟲少的房子，同行太多女孩子怕蟲。店家沒有嫌麻煩，反而提前多次消殺保潔，超感動 環境： 小區環境很好，小區自帶超大泳池、私域沙灘； 這次房子在D區，離外賣架和門口都很近； 另外就是直通地庫專屬停車位極其方便 服務： 黃管家和保潔的阿姨們都很負責，有事響應很積極 這次和朋友們出遊很圓滿。大約下次家庭出行還會選擇這裏，到時候黃管家幫忙安排喔”

„Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!”

„Nice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. Unfortunately, the water supply had issues, but the hotel staff promptly helped to arrange us to be able to shower elsewhere. While slightly inconvenient, it made for memorable experience buggy-ing down a main road.”

My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy! . The hotel is in a great location—close to attractions but still quiet enough to relax. „房間整體不錯，和圖片一樣，房間乾淨衞生，適合和家人朋友一起來入住，每個房間都有獨立衞生間。泳池帶滑滑梯，適合玩耍，還有麻將機，房間設施齊全挺新的，管家服務也非常好，每天都有保潔來打掃，總體來説非常不錯，下次還會來。”

„This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great. There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay. The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely! We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.”
