„The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.”

„Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.”

„Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)”

„We had a very tight schedule and the the host made it super convenient for us to reach the train station. A car was arranged to pick us up from Wudang entrance (the car collected all our luggage from minsu first then come and pick us to go train station straight) - help us to rush so that we can catch the train. Not to mention the host is friendly, room is clean and as posted on trip com. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodging and food taste superb! Nothing to fault. Location is ideal as well! One of my best stay so far!”

„還不錯，就在滑雪場旁邊，步行可至，路上還有不少遊樂的項目，帶小孩可以一併玩了。就是冬天春節後人不太多，附近的餐館衹開了兩三家，酒店自己的早餐倒還行。停車很方便，地下車位也很多。驚訝於出門還有個很小型的電影院，春節末尾還來看了場。前台人員素質過關，都很nice。衹是打掃房間人員稍欠培訓，我們三口人訂的一大一小兩床房明顯就是親子行，也衹配了兩套拖鞋和洗漱用品，門口碰到服務員説多拿一套，她表情很不耐煩的説你自己過來拿吧，然後她也不動，我轉到推車的側邊跟另一服務員再説一遍，才拿給我，這個情況就直接把服務水平拉到大部分同規格酒店之下了，也辜負了其他人員的付出。當然整體還是可以的，玩雪場的可以來住。”

very good! Very satisfied! This is our third time to stay here. We had an unforgettable time in Tree House No. 9 of Honghu Yuexi Peninsula. The tree house is surrounded by green trees, as if it is in the embrace of nature, with a quiet environment and fresh air. The room is uniquely designed, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The service staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes people feel warm. Here, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy true tranquility and comfort. Whether it is the birdsong in the early morning or the starry sky at night, it is intoxicating. This stay experience was perfect and we are very satisfied. We strongly recommend it to everyone who loves nature and pursues quality life!

The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

I booked a Yunyin room. Lying on the bed and looking at the fairyland shrouded in clouds and mist outside the window is really a great pleasure in life. . After climbing the mountain, soak in a hot spring to relax. If it is hot in summer, soak in the open-air swimming pool and count the stars in the sky. . . The hot pot dishes made by the inn are also very delicious. The service of the front desk sister and the kitchen aunt is particularly good, and the experience is very good. After returning, I kept recommending it to my friends and colleagues. . By the way, my chartered driver is also very good. He is a skilled and honest young man. Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

The garden-style hotel boasts a beautiful and comfortable environment. Xiao Dan at the front desk provided excellent service—professional and attentive—highly commendable! The breakfast was also good; the most delicious dish was the Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste). I'll definitely come back next time!

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

Staying overnight in ***** on our way back to Shanghai from Enshi, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! We blindly booked Hanjintang because we were traveling with our dog. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the hotel immediately upgraded our room. Waking up the next morning, the view was stunning! The hot dry noodles for breakfast were delicious too! We'll definitely come back next time we're passing through!

For family trips, the room design is quite thoughtful, and even toilet seats for small children are provided. There are two washbasins, high and low, which is very convenient for children. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The kids loved it. There are facilities for children in the courtyard, which are also very beautiful and convenient. The decoration quality is a bit poor, and some corners of the floor and walls have some minor damages, which is a pity. The bunk beds were a bit shaky and a bit noisy. The staff are very polite and welcoming, quite nice. It is suitable for nearby Wuhan residents to travel light, because you have to go down stairs to reach the homestay, and it will be a little troublesome to carry large luggage, but of course the staff will help.

This is my first time reviewing a guesthouse, and it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! Everything from the environment, decor, cleanliness, to the service was excellent. It was quiet and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I was incredibly lucky to see both rainy and sunny days. My vacation was limited, so I only stayed for two days, and that was only at the guesthouse. Next time, I definitely want to stay longer. I ate all my meals at the guesthouse, and they were all delicious – no disappointments! The chef's skills are truly excellent. (The guesthouse's complimentary breakfast, check-in fruit, snacks, and tea were all great. PS: The receptionist was incredibly sweet and beautiful, and her attitude was superb. She even upgraded my room – thank you so much! 💕💕) Work is usually stressful, but here, I could quietly do nothing, breathe in the fresh air, and look at the mountains and trees. It was so relaxing! (I sincerely hope the owner keeps it up!)
