Hotele Hot Springs w: Hubei, China

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

設施：小度語音控制，電視大，房間面積大，乾淨舒適。洗浴用品很好，洗髮水護髮素挺好，我這油性發很喜歡洗了沒有頭皮屑。洗澡水量大温度適宜，鏡子大，廁所隔開，處處顯示了設計對人需求的滿足。 衞生：乾淨。 環境：優美，裏面舒適，外面就是中心街，去了好吃的蛙一刀，然後溜達到湖邊散步，真希望夏天再來一次。 服務：很滿意，有兩瓶水加兩瓶飲料，有水果，我泡茶加了兩瓶水機器人給送來的，前台温馨的給了兩張卡，在我出去吃飯時可以充電和開空調，回去後就是舒服。可以抽煙，有個小茶盤可以自己泡茶。早餐點了熱乾麪和牛雜粉，還有其它自助，早餐達到了四星級酒店水平。 原計劃頭一天住這裏，第二天去山湖温泉酒店，方便泡温泉，如果讓我再選一次，就連續住兩晚，價格比那裡便宜，開車去不遠也不影響泡温泉，關鍵是舒適性價比高啊。

Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)

We had a very tight schedule and the the host made it super convenient for us to reach the train station. A car was arranged to pick us up from Wudang entrance (the car collected all our luggage from minsu first then come and pick us to go train station straight) - help us to rush so that we can catch the train. Not to mention the host is friendly, room is clean and as posted on trip com. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodging and food taste superb! Nothing to fault. Location is ideal as well! One of my best stay so far!

還不錯，就在滑雪場旁邊，步行可至，路上還有不少遊樂的項目，帶小孩可以一併玩了。就是冬天春節後人不太多，附近的餐館衹開了兩三家，酒店自己的早餐倒還行。停車很方便，地下車位也很多。驚訝於出門還有個很小型的電影院，春節末尾還來看了場。前台人員素質過關，都很nice。衹是打掃房間人員稍欠培訓，我們三口人訂的一大一小兩床房明顯就是親子行，也衹配了兩套拖鞋和洗漱用品，門口碰到服務員説多拿一套，她表情很不耐煩的説你自己過來拿吧，然後她也不動，我轉到推車的側邊跟另一服務員再説一遍，才拿給我，這個情況就直接把服務水平拉到大部分同規格酒店之下了，也辜負了其他人員的付出。當然整體還是可以的，玩雪場的可以來住。

酒店房間設施齊全，衞生一塵不染，房間寬敞，還貼心的準備了泡腳桶，和孩子在遊樂場玩了一天泡泡腳一掃疲憊。前台如意小姐姐服務特別好給我們推薦了附近美食，酒店樓下就是美食區，離景區也特別近正對面步行兩分鐘就到了。必須五星好評，強烈推薦！

我們全家共 4 人於2025年12月31日至2026年1月3日期間入住恩施希爾頓歡朋酒店，預訂了兩間標準房。按照酒店公示，早餐供應時間為每日早上6:30至10:00。我們於1月1日及1月2日在酒店自助早餐廳用餐，整體體驗尚可，但1月2日上午的情況令人非常失望。 當天上午約9點35分，我與家人進入早餐廳時，發現食物已所剩無幾：煎蛋、水煮蛋均已告罄，牛奶亦未補充。我們向現場工作人員提出希望能提供四份煎蛋，卻被告知“煎蛋設備已收起，無法制作”，且沒有其他可補充的食品選擇。最終，我們衹能勉強選取剩餘的幾個麪包和蒸包作為早餐，無法獲得應有的用餐體驗。 在我們之後，另有約五六位住客陸續進入餐廳，同樣面臨幾乎無餐可用的窘境。作為長期信賴並多次選擇希爾頓旗下酒店的客人，我們一直認可希爾頓品牌的服務標準與專業管理，也在全球多家希爾頓酒店有過滿意的入住體驗。正因如此，此次在恩施歡朋酒店的早餐經歷，讓我們感到格外遺憾。

It was a pleasure to be there, all people and the service was superb, I can't ask for more. If you want to relax in a beautiful environment, this is the place!
