Hotele Hot Springs w: Hubei, China

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

來畢昇温泉假日酒店多達數十次，每次都非常滿意。這次訂的是親子房，設施完備，床品質地也不錯，早餐依然美味可口，各位服務人員也都專業且敬業，尤其是管家袁娜給我們留下深刻印象，熱情周到、服務細緻，讓我們感受到了家的温暖……不久的將來就會再見！

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

緣分始於隨手刷到的視頻，便直奔這間民宿而來。 民宿在風景絕美的恩施，到這裏剛好撞見雨後天晴。雲海翻湧在峽谷之間，懸崖、瀑布、碧湖在眼前、在腳下。躺在床上便是滿屏中國好山水，震撼到讓人詞窮…… 和朋友一起來訂了兩間，房間都很寬敞，整潔舒適，配有大落地窗🪟，一躺下整個人都鬆弛了下來☺️ 睡飽之後，在民宿喝一杯咖啡☕️練一段瑜伽🧘♀️再到懸崖書店坐下，隨意翻一本喜歡的書📖 這裏還有藝術展廳🤩 每一個角落， 都是靈魂的安放❤️ 最難忘的，是民宿貼心服務和本地師傅做的農家菜。食材就地取材、現采現做，新鮮又美味。説實話，這樣的神仙日子，是真的有點不想走了。 還會再復購哦！希望商家保留一如既往的品質！

My family and I stayed for 1 night in a private Hot Spring room. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The amenities, service and breakfast are all excellent. We will be back again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotspring valley hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was right next to the hot spring resort and they had a great Chinese breakfast buffet.

我們全家共 4 人於2025年12月31日至2026年1月3日期間入住恩施希爾頓歡朋酒店，預訂了兩間標準房。按照酒店公示，早餐供應時間為每日早上6:30至10:00。我們於1月1日及1月2日在酒店自助早餐廳用餐，整體體驗尚可，但1月2日上午的情況令人非常失望。 當天上午約9點35分，我與家人進入早餐廳時，發現食物已所剩無幾：煎蛋、水煮蛋均已告罄，牛奶亦未補充。我們向現場工作人員提出希望能提供四份煎蛋，卻被告知“煎蛋設備已收起，無法制作”，且沒有其他可補充的食品選擇。最終，我們衹能勉強選取剩餘的幾個麪包和蒸包作為早餐，無法獲得應有的用餐體驗。 在我們之後，另有約五六位住客陸續進入餐廳，同樣面臨幾乎無餐可用的窘境。作為長期信賴並多次選擇希爾頓旗下酒店的客人，我們一直認可希爾頓品牌的服務標準與專業管理，也在全球多家希爾頓酒店有過滿意的入住體驗。正因如此，此次在恩施歡朋酒店的早餐經歷，讓我們感到格外遺憾。

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

滿分推薦的一線湖景民宿！首先湖景真的太絕了，直面湖麪的視野，不管是日出還是晚霞都美得不像話。房間乾淨整潔，浴池大到可容納三人（如親子浴），佈置温馨有品味，細節處盡顯用心。位置特別便利，交通出行順暢，去周邊景點的路程都很短，省去不少奔波時間。老闆的服務熱情又貼心，有任何問題都能快速解決。這次旅行因為這家民宿增色不少，已經推薦給朋友啦！

華美達酒店一如既往的沒毛病，接待，設施，衞生，服務都挺好，而且這個酒店旁邊有個景點，和酒店還有關係，所以住宿酒店送景點門票。我這次因為其他原因需要提前離店，前台的姑娘也非常熱情的幫助辦好提前離店手續。
