We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area.
The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner.
The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room.
I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

Service by receptionist was very good , we had some food that was cold so she offered to take it to the kitchen to reheat for us n brought it back to our room by a robot waiter .
The free Onsen bath was a added bonus n we could wash our dirty laundry in a laundry room complete with dryer for free .
Exceptional service from the staff and will highly recommend this hotel
Free Coffee n herbal drink n titbits provided 24hrs for free too .

I am working, teaching English, just outside Yingkou, 90 minutes away by taxi. With 2 colleagues I was looking for an overnight break. The hotel and Bayuquan provided this. Staff friendly and helpful, great hotel facilities, especially in my room with sea view. I hope I’ll be back and will recommend the hotel to my friends (unless there’s a problem with refunding the ¥500 deposit)

I booked three rooms for a weekend with friends. Hiking and hot spring experience. The location is good, it is close to the scenic aerea and park entrance.The hot spring aerea was for our experience small with many construction sites.

環境：獨棟別墅，環境優美。
衞生：榻榻米上不乾淨，上面有一些不知道是油漬還是什麼，反正就是不太乾淨。屋裡呢，也是有蒼蠅，我們又找工作人員過來打蒼蠅。
設施：
1.使用熱水非常不方便，需要泡池一直放熱水，淋浴這邊才有熱水，而且淋浴這邊的熱水還不可以調整水温。
2.庭院的推拉門門栓不合理，在小門上面，從裏面、外面都能打開，這樣就造成了安全隱患，我們晚上11點被人從外面打開小門，進入院子。拍拉我們卧室房門把我們驚醒！據工作人員反饋是隔壁屋走錯了。
3.迷你吧裏啥也沒有，包括冰箱。
4.晚餐衹有自助烤串，或提前3小時預約鐵板燒。否則需開車3分鐘到花溪沐餐廳單點。

相較於它的價格而言，衞生，設施都遠遠達不到800的保準（我預訂的那天是800）。灰塵很多，因為是在溪水邊的小木屋，落地窗應該觀賞美景的重要因素，但是感覺像是用臟了的抹布塗抹了玻璃一樣灰濛濛的。床鋪的被褥有些潮，因為是小溪邊我多少可以理解。浴室和衞生間下水道的真的味道很重。正中間的大燈也是壞的，沒有燈衹有線漏在外邊。我們家3口人住了2晚4間房除了大床麻將套房感覺還算對得起8百多的價格。其他三間真的覺的很不值得那個價位，第一天住的雙床的房間價位較低但是黴味有點大，其他的還好畢竟3百多的價位不要求太多。但是八百多的那件小木屋真的不建議。（樓梯也是有點鬆動了）租房的小姐姐還有早飯的小姐姐人都很nice熱情。

We booked this hotel so that it’s nearer to go over to the Red Beach attraction compared to those in the city centre.
The room is super huge with a bath tub in the room.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with very artistic look.
Coffee/tea is available freely at the lobby.
Staff were very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay. Thank you for the unlimited water drinking bottles and the free gift before we left.

QQimiaodedengtaThe purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life.
**Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.)
**First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once:
* **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite.
* **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that.
* **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway!
* **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation.
* **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down.
* **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling.
**A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm.
Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested.
Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too.
This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

GGuest UserThe front desk was very gentle. They also gave us bath tickets when we checked in. However, the big bathing pool in the hotel was already very good. The water was very pure, but there was a little scale, which was acceptable. It was quite warm. They also gave us free drinks. There was a refrigerator. It would be even better if there was a small washing machine. There was also a safe and a cloakroom. It was very large and the service was very good.

AAnonymous UserThe 'Guishe' room type has a window with a view, making it very bright and airy. The water temperature in the pool can be adjusted using hot and cold water. Each room comes with one breakfast, as pictured. The room is very spacious and comfortable. It felt great to soak and apply a face mask while lightly sweating. The shower amenities are from Kao. I would definitely come again.

GGuest UserI am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. GGuest UserWe booked a 2-bedroom, 1-living room room room, but it was upgraded to a 3-bedroom, 1-living room room room, which was too big for the three of us. The dining room was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sterilizer, various kitchen utensils, and dish soap. There was also a minibar with various drinks and snacks provided. The hot spring bath had a bidet toilet, a massage bed, and both an indoor and an outdoor hot spring pool, both large enough for six people. We could soak outdoors during the day and indoors at night (though there were mosquitoes outside at night). The restaurant served good food in the evening, with generous portions and good value. Upstairs were two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and shower. The facilities were comprehensive, and we had a very comfortable stay. The second day's breakfast was also plentiful. There were boiled shrimp and Arctic surf jelly – so much food we couldn't eat anymore! The steamed pickled cabbage at the end was the best; it tasted like handmade, not pre-made. There was also beef noodles and various stir-fries. We ate breakfast and weren't hungry at noon; the food was delicious. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely choose this restaurant again.

GGuest UserI wanted to take the elderly, children and dogs to the beach. After searching for several days, I finally found the Treasure Hot Spring Hotel that satisfied the whole family.
Location: In the Jinshi Wanxiang Street District, you can go shopping when you go out. There are food, drink and fun in the street. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Happy Coast. There are many restaurants with good taste and prices in about 10 minutes.
Facilities: You can cook by yourself, and the stove is complete. It is so beautiful to come back and soak in the indoor hot spring after playing enough. The whole house is centrally air-conditioned and the temperature is touching. Masks, body lotions, etc. are also prepared thoughtfully.
Hygiene: The layout is very warm and disinfected. It is very safe to live with children.
Environment: Lying on the bed, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking at the gardening in the garden, I feel free from the hustle and bustle of the city, and my body and mind are relaxed, just like giving my soul a massage. The entire park has strict security management, which is very safe and very quiet.

We paid a higher room rate than usual, but the service was still inadequate.
