This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The hotel lobby was bright and airy. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary drinks. They upgraded my room for free. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Transportation nearby is convenient. Came to Dalian with my girlfriend and chose this hot spring hotel on Ctrip. The facilities are very complete and smart. The room was spotless. All the linens of this homestay hot spring villa are sent to the Hilton Golden Stone Beach for centralized cleaning, and even the cleaning records of every bed sheet and bath towel can be checked. This is very important for families with children who pay attention to hygiene. Environment: The environment is very good. Outside is the Japanese-style street of Jinshi Wanxiang, which is very good to visit. If you drive, you can't visit all the attractions in the surrounding Golden Stone Beach in two days. It's a stay of 2-3 days. Service: After booking, the butler added WeChat. The service was meticulous. We brought our baby to check in, and specially arranged a large bed fence, which is not provided by most hotels. There are also barbecue plates and electric hot pots. The tableware is also very complete. You can cook by yourself with some ingredients and seasonings. There is also Zou Liguo nearby for takeout beef and mutton slices, so you don’t need to bring your own. I brought red wine, and I have a bottle opener. There is everything here. Everything you can think of and what you can’t think of is ready. If you need anything, just tell me on WeChat and it will be delivered immediately. Hot spring: It is a real hot spring containing sulfur. It is slippery after soaking. The temperature is very high and needs to be diluted with cold water. The pool is also very deep. The water can reach your neck when you sit in it. It is very comfortable, but it takes some time to drain the water. You can drain the water before you check in.
