The hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and even prepared a large cake! The fruits in the room and the beverages in the mini-bar were top-notch. The large soaking tub in the room was amazing—the water felt so relaxing, and sure enough, our skin felt silky smooth afterwards! Not only did they provide a private car to take us to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance and dining, but the breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptionally delicious. From the taste to the presentation, everything was first-class, and you could truly feel the genuine care and dedication put into everything they do. I just casually mentioned that the apples in the lobby smelled amazing, and when we got into the car, the butler handed us a bag of them as a send-off. My child was planning to buy a doll at Huaqing Palace, and the receptionist at the front desk happened to notice, proactively asked about it, and actually gave her one as a gift! We only stayed for one night due to limited time, but we received so much kindness and care—we are truly grateful! It was such a blessing to wrap up our holiday here. Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories!

The hotel's location is superb, with a subway station right downstairs. It's just a 5-minute walk to ”The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” and Huaqing Palace. The entire building where the hotel is located is full of restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. The owner saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us for free from a 1.5-meter bed to a 1.8-meter king bed, fearing the original might not be big enough. The room was also much larger. The owner is truly so kind and thoughtful! ❤️❤️❤️ The afternoon tea was fantastic, and they even provided breakfast in the morning. It really felt like coming home! We were so lucky to find such a wonderful guesthouse and such a great owner. I wish the hotel fully booked every day, thriving business, and endless prosperity!

I brought my family to Lintong specifically for a relaxing vacation and chose Angsana Hot Spring Hotel. It was an exceptionally comfortable stay and an absolute delight! We truly felt we made the right choice—it was a completely rejuvenating and healing getaway. First, a huge shout-out to the service! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and polite, and check-in was a breeze. Shelly, in particular, was patient and thorough in explaining everything, resolving any questions promptly with utmost care. The housekeeping lady was also super warm and friendly; she greeted us warmly every time we crossed paths, which made us feel right at home. I was beyond pleased with the room! It was remarkably spacious, airy, and bright, without feeling cramped at all. The bedding deserves special praise—the firmness was just right, super comfortable, and it instantly melted my fatigue away for a solid night's sleep. What impressed me the most were the thoughtful little touches throughout the hotel. Traveling with a child, we found a toddler toilet seat already provided in the room, making our family stay completely hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel is very eco-friendly, with almost no single-use plastics in the room, keeping it clean and green. There were even sweet reminders about reducing food waste. The quality and care shown in these details really won us over. The overall setting is serene and quiet, with gorgeous landscaped gardens. Its laid-back, leisurely vibe makes it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. A full 10/10 experience! From the service and cleanliness to the ambiance and thoughtful amenities, everything was spot-on. It’s ideal for family trips and leisurely getaways. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back next time I need to unwind!

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

Stayed here for one night mainly to experience the hot spring, and overall it was a really pleasant stay. Really liked the design and decoration of the hotel. Everything was on theme and created a cosy, relaxing atmosphere, which made it feel like a nice escape from the busy city. The hotel is located inside a neighbourhood, so if you’re taking a car, pick-up is usually outside the gantry area. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away, so it’s still quite convenient. Would recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Hua Qing Palace and Terracotta Army, as the hotel is outside the main city area and makes more sense if you’re visiting those attractions. The service was also really good. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. It genuinely felt quite homely. One thing to note is that there are specific operating hours for the staff to come into the room to prepare the hot spring. Not a big issue though, as you can easily communicate your preferred timing through messages or with the front desk during check-in. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

The hotel is located right at the entrance of Huaqingchi Metro Station, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it extremely convenient. Right across the street is the Huaqingchi scenic area, where the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” performance takes place. From the balcony of my room, I could see the entire mountain illuminated at night—it was simply wonderful. The bathtub on the balcony was very clean, thoughtfully designed with a grab bar to prevent slipping. The service staff were exceptionally wonderful! They added me on WeChat in advance to confirm my check-in time, and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, pastries, drinks, cakes, and even helped blow up balloons to decorate the room. They also helped fill the bathtub with water and checked in on us warmly and enthusiastically. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The bed is huge, and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. A truly satisfying stay! If you want to soak in hot springs in Lintong, this place is much better than Yuechun! It's newer, in a better location, and offers superior service. Most importantly, they genuinely use authentic hot spring water; after soaking, your skin feels silky smooth, comfortably warm without feeling drying. Extremely satisfied!

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

Health 🧹: 1. As soon as I entered the room, I was going to find bath towels for the child to take a shower. I found that the bath towels and floor towels in the toilet on the first floor were placed under the faucet, decorated with hidden drainage pipes and the cabinet of the general faucet. See Figure 1. The point is that the bath towels and floor towels are tied together, which makes people feel very responsive. 2. After soaking in the hot spring, go back to the room to take a shower, let the cleaning clean the room before going out, after eating, I found that the dirty bath towels and floor towels were not replaced, and the used wet bath towels and wet bathrobes were rubbed into a ball and placed in the hanging closet, see Figure 2. Hot spring ♨️: 1. The water quality is not clear. There is a bubble activity for children in the outdoor hot spring pool on Saturday afternoon, but the water is not changed after the bubble activity. When I went to breakfast the next morning, I saw a staff member using the net to clean up the debris in the water. The indoor swimming pool has disinfection measures. Can smell the disinfectant water, the visibility of the pool is about two meters. 2. The staff service at the hot spring entrance and gate change is very good (I think the service is the best department), very caring, speaking is also very friendly, and the resilience is relatively strong. Breakfast 🥣: The breakfast is rich in variety, basically everything, but! There are very, very many people, the situation of waiting is frequent, the dining table is full of people, it may be because of the summer vacation ➕ weekend, this is the first time I feel this feeling of grabbing food outside the New Year. But! The staff in the restaurant department are very timely in both clearing and renewing meals, and they will be new without waiting. Room 🏠: I ordered a luxurious duplex. There are two single mattresses on the tatami on the first floor. The second floor is a 1.5 bed. It is very convenient to have toilets on both floors. The sound insulation is also very good. I didn't hear any noise during the stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the foot of Mount Hua. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hot springs are fantastic. There are plenty of pools with comfortable temperatures, allowing you to enjoy the views of Mount Hua while soaking. It's perfect for relieving fatigue after climbing the mountain. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. While there was a good variety and it looked appealing, the taste was just average. There's a swimming pool, but it gets very crowded with kids, some of whom were diving and pulling on the lane lines. The staff couldn't keep up with the supervision, and dealing with rude parents was quite frustrating.
