Hotele Hot Springs w: Riau Islands, Indonesia

Need to improve to change all the TV to smart tv. At least users can use their devices to share screen and watch their programs. Some of the suites have very poor wifi coverage in the older wing. Other than that this hotel is super. Good location, have good spa, the masseur are very good. One of the best massages here. The free breakfast has improved alot from years back. The food in room service and the lunch dinner menu is very very good. The restaurant staff are very accomading, friendly and helpful. I have been a long time user of this hotel for almost 18 years. For me it's the number one hotel in balai. Just need to improve facilities for me to have a better experience compared to the other hotel on the hill. Please upgrade the new wing. I am really excited for it.

Just an okay place to crash. Not that great but not that bad. Could be better than expected. The location is great and lots of food outlets can be found nearby just by walking. Overall, a good place to stay.

Nice and clean room . Good location surrounded by street food and eateries, nearby fresh market and night thrift market. friendly staff and helpful, especially Ms Dewi of front desk
