Hotele Hot Springs w: Ehime Prefecture, Japan

從JR松山站乘電車5號線到道後温泉站下車，穿過商業街，就可以看到酒店。晚餐和早餐都是自助餐。驚喜的是，酒店內的小店竟然還賣Akoya的珍珠，桔子也是直銷的，還可以試吃，有多種味道，真的不錯。松山內的有軌電車，憑JRpass，都是免費乘坐。商業街口有個鍾，每逢整點，都會自動轉出小木偶人，很有趣。

A hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel è stato fantastico. Lo staff dell'Hotel è perfettp, tutti sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili per aiutarti. La camera e il bagno erano davvero molto puliti e accoglienti. Il cambio asciugamani giornaliero sempre efficiente. La colazione era buonissima, tutto ero cucinato perfettamente. La struttura dispone di un ottima Sorgente di acqua calda molto rilassante che consiglio a tutti di provare. Non vedo l'ora di prenotare di nuovo questo Hotel. Tornerò di sicuro.

第一次入住此酒店，衛生水平很高，餐廳位置比較少，大堂也是比較少。 但房間設備很新淨，沒有噪音，位置不是近在市中心，所以環境挺好的，但附近有大型嘅商場。另外溫泉設施方面就比較失望，因為只有一個獨立很少的池，溫泉池比較少一點，但整體來說還是享受。

The hotel is not close to Dogo Onsen street and you will need to drive or get a taxi if you want to go there. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the hotel. There is a walk nearby the hotel you can take which offers nice scenery in the woods. The hotel looks a bit dated particularly the bedrooms and the corridors. I asked for a quiet room facing the mountain instead of one facing a busy road and had to pay an additional 2200 yen. The hotel has a number of onsens and I like the outdoor ones best. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer good selection and I particularly like the dinner which offered nice teppanyaki beef and sushi. The hotel reception staff spoke very little English and the hotel did not reply to an email I sent them asking for transportation information to get to the hotel. There are buses near the hotel which go to Matsuyama and Imabari but they run infrequently.

Pojechałem w rodzinną podróż. To była pierwsza gorąca wiosna ryokan i pierwszy pokój tami. Dość przestronne i wygodne. Oczywiście, to stary budynek, a to tradycyjny pokój tami. Może być nieszczęśliwe części, ale nawet czoło. Moja rodzina może poczuć japońskie uczucie nienaruszone. Było lepiej. Przyjazny i szczegółowy przewodnik był tak dobry od check-in Muszę zarezerwować taksówkę, kiedy się wywiozę. Nie mogłem rozmawiać z kierowcą, więc mogłem z tobą połączyć. Pomógł mi też zrobić rezerwację. Istnieje wiele obiektów, więc byłem szczęśliwy, by być z moimi dziećmi! Dziękuję!

初めての松山・道後温泉で地理的にも初めてでしたので夜到着して行こうとしたら場所がわからないしサーチしても 道後温泉とは全く別の地域を表示するので到着時大きな障害となりました。　初めての場所で道後温泉にはいるのが 目的で近場を選んだつもりが到着に全く別の場所が表示された時にはかなりパニックになりましたが、どうごやに電話で 連絡をしたら大変に親切に対応してもらい、パニックも落ち着き無事にいけましたし大変にお世話になりました。 このどうごやは趣のある隠し宿で、立地もよく道後温泉から歩いて５分くらいの場所にあり便利な立地にあります。 家族ずれ（特に小さい子供連れ）は絶対ご推奨しません。　 松山にまた行く時は、　どうごやに宿泊します（次回は迷子にならずに行けます）その時はよろしくお願いします。 宿のご主人にお世話になったのに、夜到着で早朝出発したのでお礼を申しあがれなくて、申し訳ありませんでした。

A friend recommended this hotel to me as it is the cleanest and most newly renovated of the nearby hotels, so I chose it. The breakfast, large public bath, rooms, and lobby were all clean and the service was excellent, so I would definitely like to use this hotel again in the future.

Trip.com 俾錯房！ 第一次發生這種事情！我訂咗2間新翼標準雙床房（圖3,4) 去到酒店俾咗新翼casual room-係連馬桶及沐浴設施都沒有。用咗超過1小時與酒店交涉，言語不通下終於知道係trip.com與日本當地旅遊agent公司溝通錯誤所致，非常疲累，但我哋訂嘅房已經滿晒，為咗方便家人晚上有廁所用，酒店幫我哋換咗舊翼單人房（有廁所，圖1,2) 我哋要兩個人瞓一張單人床，房間非常狹窄，廁所有異味😢 要稱讚酒店經理及職員非常有禮，盡量溝通並換房。 今次損失其實好難彌補，始終係溫泉酒店，家人朋友都對入住有期望，亦浪費很多旅遊寶貴時間，好失望😞

The experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.
