„Hotel znajduje się tuż nad strumieniem, a z pokoju słychać bulgotanie wody. Do miasteczka z gorącymi źródłami można dojść pieszo. Nie jest zatłoczone, ale jest urokliwe i ma wiele ciekawych sklepów. Personel hotelu jest przyjazny i gościnny, co bardzo mi się podobało. Porcje jedzenia są obfite i byłem bardzo syty. Basen z gorącymi źródłami również jest relaksujący, a szum wody jest przyjemny. Pokój jest przestronny, choć nieco przestarzały.”

„Excellent hotel with very attentive and helpful staff; very clean and organized; the decorations were very impressive - it was just like being in an art display area through out the hotel; our room was wide and very welcoming yet very elegant; the food was very delicious and very beautifully presented; amenities were excellent! The view from our room was simply beautiful and very relaxing. Definitely worth the price and would recommend it to everyone.”

„以前、愉快リゾートの時に何度もここに宿泊していました。今回は大江戸温泉物語として新しくTAOYA和倉となった当館へ息子と宿泊。館内全て大人びた雰囲気で、全体的に綺麗でとても良かったです。1番良かったのは、料理です。以前とは全然違う。レベルアップしたバイキングと、館内深夜以外はアルコールも飲み放題、ケーキのサービスや、うどんもおかわり自由でとても満足でした。レストランの女性スタッフが特に優しく愛想の良い方がいました。連泊しましたが、息子は大満足で、もう1泊したい！と帰りをとても寂しがっていました。最初、こども広場が無くなっていたのがマイナスだと思ったけども、それを超える全体的な満足度で、本当に行って良かったです。夏休みには3泊4日にしよう！と計画中です。”

„It is one of the biggest ryokans we have visited with a lot of amenities. Guests are mostly Japanese..giving a family/retirement village vibes. Our room came with breakfast and dinner plan - food was delicious and very fresh! One thing to note when booking on Trip is that there are many room types available, but the pictures shown are not accurate!! When I booked my room, the pictures showed an in-room onsen tub-lookalike..and the room descriptions seem to support it too, along with the price. However, when I arrived, the room I was given was not like the pics at all..with no private tub/onsen in the room. We really wanted a private onsen to end our trip on a high, but we were left disappointed. Could not help but feel slightly cheated. We wanted to pay for an upgrade,to get one with in-room onsen but were told all were fully booked.:( so be careful when booking your desired room type.”

„一個人出遊 比較奢侈地定了和室 大概可以住四個人 是比較舊的旅館 但並不怎麼影響體驗 就是淡季的時候樓裏的晚餐滅開門 衹能去便利店買好了回來 關於服務的部分，班車司機非常認真負責，當時還在車站等了我2-3分鐘，非常感謝🙏對比之下，前台的兩位員工（很明顯不是日本人 應該是印度或東南亞裔），是我見過最離譜的酒店工作人員：早上我向他們問好，無人回覆；後面我從酒店外進來，他們在很大聲地聊天談笑，這是我去日本這麼多次、住過這麼多酒店以來從未遇到過的。”

Also provide ice lolly and iced tea at free of charges at resting area Renowned river walk beauty just next to hotel is superb.”

„The location is good. It is connected to the railway station, just a few minutes walk from it. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is also very nice with both western and Japanese food available. I will choose it again next time.”
