Cannot ask for more from this hotel. Everything is perfect. We have the best accomodation in here while in Shikoku, where we have stayed in 9 hotels. It was simply the best.
The environment is recluse, though it is highly accessible with cars. The star-gazing experience in onsen is once in a lifetime. It was magical to bath under the starry night. The dining experience is exceptional, though it is a little pricey, compare to the dinner we have throught Shikoku. Still, I highly recommend to try the Japanese-style course The Manna provided.
The room we stayed in was very spacious. The onsen was really amazing, quite huge that could accommodate the many other guests who booked at the same time with us at the peak of the golden week. We availed the buffet dinner, where we luckily got discounts from our All Accor membership. The dinner buffet has a wide selection of food and drinks. They also had a buffet breakfast which was quite good.
Excellent location with shopping stores and restaurants nearby.A heated room with windows that can be opened is a big plus. The man at the front desk speaks really good English!Very close to the famous wild eel restaurant.
Very impressive experience in the quiet and beautiful town. It is quite convenient to KUT. The hot spring is quite nice. So surprised and moved to get hot drinking water in the room in the last stay. Will stay here if I come in future.

Great
11350175****The hotel has a hot spring, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The view from the window is also quite nice. It's a decent hotel, nothing special. The hotel receptionist was very polite upon check-in, and I would probably stay here again next time!
CCHANThe hotel is located in a remote area, suitable only for self-driving tours. The hotel is situated on a cliff, offering a very quiet environment. All rooms face the sea, but it is a bit dated, and the large bathhouse is a bit far from the rooms, which may be inconvenient for elderly people. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast and dinner were also good.
GGuest UserI visited on a whirlwind solo trip. The hotel room was clean and I was satisfied. What made me happiest was the all-you-can-eat seared bonito at the breakfast buffet. I honestly thought that because it was all-you-can-eat, the taste might not be that great, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. The hot springs were open until 5am, which was great for me since I like to stay up late. The late-night ramen was also delicious, warm, and comforting. However, I witnessed a staff member in the kitchen area of the breakfast buffet being harsh with another staff member, and it made me feel like I was being scolded, which was unpleasant. I wish they would at least be more gentle in areas where guests can see them. Other than that, it was a really good hotel!
GGuest UserWe had the most amazing time at Sodayama Onzen. It is a very special place to relax and unwind. Our room had a private onsen overloooking a stream in the forest. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the amazing food! It was a very special experience but way too much, especially in the mornings. But it was a great experience of fine Japanese cuisine. The staff was so friendly, communication with google translate helped.
IITWaiThe location is not in the city but it doesn't have much impact on self-driving, there is free parking. The lobby is grand, but I was a little disappointed when I entered the room. The Japanese-Western style room is large, but quite old. The carpet is very dirty, as is the sofa set. Everything else is just acceptable. The bed is super soft, and the toilet is small. A guy's knees can touch the wall when he sits on the toilet. The breakfast is rich in variety and the restaurant has a view of the sea and the harbor.
GGuest UserFor this trip, I chose a hotel closer to Episode 36!
A hotel with beautiful sea views and a well-designed outdoor hot spring pool.
The front desk staff were very patient. On the eve of the typhoon, many buses changed their schedules. The hotel staff also took us to the bus stop with the departing bus!
Really sincerely grateful🙏
Highly recommended!
CCoco PengI just happened to see a hotel in Taipei in order to eat at an izakaya. The room was large, but the facilities were old and the hot spring was small. I didn’t know why there were floating objects in the hot spring that day... Someone must have done something unhygienic. I hope the hotel can be repaired at any time. Confirm the hygiene level of the hot spring.
The breakfast is very good, simple and delicious, and the scenery is great. It is a good place to relax. The only inconvenience is that there is an access control. You need to return to the hotel before 10 o'clock, or call in advance to inform you that you will be late!
MMai_suliIt's so top..... At the door, a gentleman came over to ask our name, knowing that I came to greet you today; We arranged a Western-style room, where the bathrobe, socks, and rafts were all ready, the bathrobe was super beautiful... At night, I went to the big bathroom and ran the soup and slept comfortably.
The breakfast the next day was too exaggerated.....a lot of things, shocked by the ritual of Japanese cuisine, from main dishes to desserts, eat cool.
The hotel has its own dinner and supermarket, and the souvenirs sold in the supermarket are also cute!
The bus stop is at the entrance of the hotel, super convenient! I will stay here next time.
Nntam2000The lobby is so gorgeous, but the hot springs have only a large field and no private space in the small pool. I booked a double room with my friend and finally stayed in two single rooms that were opened; a big room, a good Surprise. There is also free parking.
