Hotele Hot Springs w: Shimane Prefecture, Japan

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Like the Onsen and the room shower, it clean and useful. Onsen is too good to use the room shower. Shame that I just only stay for 1 night. Everything is good

旅途經過玉造温泉，選擇了松乃湯旅館，攜程定了一泊二食，一切都温馨舒適。酒店有提供JR玉造温泉站的接送班車服務，可以請攜程客服幫忙預訂。酒店最讚的就是自助晚餐，非常贊，強烈推薦。

以前利用したことがあり、その際の印象が良かったので3年ぶりに利用しました。 外観は少し古く見えますが、中は非常に綺麗で、素晴らしいです。部屋も広く、不満なことは一切なし。 風呂まで少し歩きますが、浴衣でゆったり歩きながらお風呂に向かう時間もよく思えます。 何よりも満足したのは朝食バイキングです。全ての料理が美味しい。普段は朝そんなに食べれないのですが、あまりにも美味しいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。 また来たいです。

To duży hotel zmierzający do jeziora New Road. Tylko kilka kroków od stacji Hot Springs w Songjiang. Jeśli używasz szybówki, to jest bardzo łatwy w ruchu. Widzę najlepszą widać z sali.

是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

這個酒店完全是驚喜 人家叫佳雲 多好聽的名字 訂時沒報多大希望 看中走路十分鐘到出雲大社 有單人一泊二食 價格合適 到了發現整個酒店全部翻新過了 精緻又有品味 細節完美 沒有假花 插花打理到乾淨得不得了 服務上更是熱情主動 有外國人接待能力 送進房間和晚餐服務的工作人員沒有任何折扣的日式服務 會用翻譯器每句話都翻譯的 房間乾淨整潔舒適 有温泉檜木泡池 現在寫着貸切的温泉也全部免費 晚十點有好吃的拉麪 餐在這個價位已經很不錯了 沒有接送站服務 出雲站下午二點半坐出雲大社方向的公交車30分鐘到 蘋果導航很準的 現在在玉造温泉的佳翠苑皆美 太陳舊了 雖然價格還更高名氣更大但完全趕不上佳雲 還是得翻新過的酒店
