Sposób podróży do hotelu i hamulca jest popularny w rodzinie! Żywność jest rozważona i jest pyszna. Wszyscy pracownicy są wygodni od zajazdu do wyjazdu. Znakomity pokój z otwartym basenem z pokojami. Przepraszam, że później usłyszałem, że można wynająć zestaw kawowy!

The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nikko. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The hotel's amenities, including a public bath, mini market, vending machines, and a cafe, covered all our needs. Additionally, evening events added a nice touch to our stay. Its convenient location, easily accessible from the train station via bus, made exploring Nikko effortless. The complimentary shuttle back to the train station upon check-out was a thoughtful gesture, rounding off a great experience.

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

ฉันได้ไปใช้บริการนวดของทางโรงแรม มันเป็นการนวดที่แย่ที่สุด เธอไม่ได้ตั้งใจนวดแค่ลูบๆถูๆและมันเบามาก นักนวดบำบัดเหมือนจะเป็นคนจีน เธอสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นไม่ค่อยได้ด้วย พูดได้นิดหน่อยซึ่งฟังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจเลย และมันไม่ใช่การนวด  เธอเหมือนนวดไม่เป็น ห้องนวดไม่สะอาด หมอนที่ใช้หน้าวางสอดไปตรงรูมีกลิ่นน้ำลายเหม็นมากๆ นักนวดบำบัดของโรงแรมระดับ4ดาวควรคัดสรรให้ดีกว่านี้ ติเรื่องนี้เรื่องเดียว ในส่วนอื่นๆของโรงแรมนั้นนี้มากๆ ทั้งการบริการของพนักงานในโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมสวย วิวออนเซนกลางแจ้งสวยมาก อาหารดีเลิศหรูและอร่อย อาหารเช้าและเย็นเป็นบุฟเฟต์ เมนูเยอะมากๆและอร่อยทุกอย่าง ห้องพักสะอาด มีรถรับส่งจากสถานีรถไฟ

We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa

和輕井澤那家很像，客室超大，一整面玻璃窗外就是森林，像住進樹屋裡。 🍣 餐食：延續FuFu傳統，當地新鮮食材，健康美味。早餐可選日式/西式，晚餐可選懷石/鐵板燒。 ♨️ 温泉：除了客房私湯，還有大温泉！男女分時切換，晚上九點去，一個人承包整個大浴池，安靜得衹聽得到風聲。 💡 服務：用餐時會主動問行程，給路線建議和實用tips，貼心又恰到好處。 [地理位置：離開輪王寺，神橋，東照宮都挺近的，步行可達。

The facility is more likely an apartment . A big space for family traveler- We are family of 4. Our rooms have a onsen bath which is very good. Room was equipped with all necessary cookware. It is good for preparing breakfast.Also very clean! Location is good in case of travelling by car otherwise it’s quite far from Nikko train station. 1 minute walk to 7-11 and 5 minutes drive to big supermarket where you can find everything. Check in process is OK and convenient but you have to read instructions email very carefully, hotel will sent to guest 1 day! prior to check in date.

This ryokan was a lovely stay in Nikko. The location was the #1 feature as it is 5-10 minutes away from the popular Toshugu Shrine attraction. The breakfast and dinner meals were some of, if not the best meals that I had during my 2.5 weeks in Japan. And the service was super attentive and there are many English speaking immigrant staff. I never encountered overcrowded public onsen during my 3 day visit. I would totally stay here again for future trips to central Nikko.

Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations.
