„We had a great stay! The location is excellent, surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for a family trip. The hotel is also very close to Lost World of Tambun, which made it very convenient for us to visit the theme park. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. „I like the place. It has natural hot spring and the big and beautiful butterflies fly around u. The pool is all natural, the water come from the mountain, which we call it air Bukit. So refreshing and lal natural without chlorine. My family actually spend more than 2 hours here playing. Usually cannot be long in pool coz we will uncomfortable due to the chlorine but not here. We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Onsen Apartments. The check-in registration was smooth and hassle-free—the security guards were very familiar with the process and extremely helpful throughout. What We Loved: 1. Fantastic Views: We stayed in a corner lot unit that offered an amazing 180-degree view. We had direct views of the Lost World of Tambun on one side and Ipoh town on the right. 2. Comfort & Cleanliness: The apartment was overall very clean, tidy, and comfortable for our family stay. Areas for Improvement: 2. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units took a bit longer than expected to cool down the space. 2. Bathroom Detailing: While the main areas were tidy, the bathroom floor could use a bit more thorough scrubbing to clear up minor dirt build-up. 3. Amenities & Towels: It would be great to have extra towels provided, especially for family groups. Suggestions for the Host: 1. Cleaning Tools: Adding a broom in the unit would be very helpful so guests can quickly sweep up small daily messes. 2. Trash Bins: Providing a larger trash bin (or extra plastic trash bags) would make waste disposal much easier for families staying multiple days. Overall, a lovely property with great accessibility to Tambun. We would gladly stay here again!

My stay at The Banjaran was a truly rejuvenating experience. Surrounded by nature, lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it was the perfect place to slow down, disconnect and simply enjoy some quiet time. I loved the sense of privacy and calm throughout the resort, which allowed me to rest both physically and mentally. The natural hot springs, beautiful landscape and serene atmosphere made the stay even more special. It was wonderful to step away from the usual busy routine and just recharge. A peaceful and refreshing escape that left me feeling relaxed, renewed and ready to return again.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, with a panoramic view of the water park. The downside was that the hotel contacted me a bit late after booking, which delayed check-in. Also, having to check out at 11:00 AM the next day wasn't very convenient, and I hope they can improve this. The hot water boiler in the room was broken and wasn't fixed in a timely manner.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. I like this place so much, very near to LWOT, i think this is the best place to stay if you are going to LWOT, just only less than 5 minute walk from the front door Free parking provided. The house and the amenities is just great. Very spacious and comfortable for families. Will stay here again in the future
