I decided to get this hotel because of the Spa but at my check in they said is ta paid separately :( disappointed. Also it's a 4 stairs hotel BUT they do not provide iron for your clothes, I'm travelling for business then it was a really bad news. I liked the breakfast, location. This buiding is just front of the Metro station.

We finished our trip to Portugal there. It was a wonderful place, well located, full of commodities. The staff was smiley and kind. Breakfast was fresh, varied and tasty. We were lucky to benefit from a free upgrade of our room. The only issue was air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Marques de Pombal Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Luis Nunes , who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. I also want to thank the other team members whose names I didn’t catch, but whose service was just as excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Kkaiko0618Lisbon really doesn’t have any five-star hotels with good parking; That’s why I chose it. It’s within walking distance of famous attractions and the rooms are pretty good. But there was a local white curly service staff at the front desk who was very mean. When I checked in, he took me to see the room, and then he just left. I was still worried when I checked out. I don't pay the tourist tax, so I was greeted excitedly, Oh my god, my car hasn't even left, where can I go? It feels very stingy, not like what a five-star hotel service staff should be like. Laughing to death 😆 And everyone, at least in this hotel, you don’t have to be too polite to them. The more submissive and polite you are, the more they will take advantage of you.
