Everything was great except the shower didn't work at all. They sent a guy up and he was able to get the water flowing. I got in the shower after he left and while the water did flow it was scalding hot at all temperature levels. I advised the front desk at checkout, they thanked me for letting them know. I think it would have been nice if they took some off the bill as the reasons for staying in a hotel are literally to sleep and clean-up.

Naples Bay Resort & Marina

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Plaża jest w porządku, osoby z zewnątrz nie mają wstępu! Ogólne wyposażenie pokoi gościnnych jest przeciętne, prawie wszystkie zostały wyprodukowane w Chinach! Zestaw kosmetyków wliczony w cenę! Najlepiej używać własnych kosmetyków! Ładny widok! Nie warto zostać na dwa dni! Japońskie jedzenie w holu jest absurdalnie drogie, ponieważ jakość jedzenia jest tak przeciętna! Posiłek dla dwóch osób kosztuje 126 dolarów, a koszt tego i tego wyniósł 210,58 dolarów. Opłaty dodatkowe są naprawdę wysokie! Zupełnie nie w guście Trumpa!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Good food but service has a lot to improve. its not a matter of the people, but the process. Sunday, mothers day, the only food available during the afternoon was Steak Kebabs, that would take forever to arrive (they were good by the way). We couldn't have dinner at the place so we anticipated our checkout, but the system just did not close the account. They made me wait for 30 minutes until I decided to leave, so we could have a proper meal before the restaurant would close. Did not check my invoice yet, but it should be ok. For clarity, place is amazing, room was great, people were great, but there is a lack of process and good management. The grab and go, beach service and pool teams were super nice.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

ВВладислав ДемьяновWe spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

GGuest UserThe beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! A meal for two people is $126, + this + that fee, and finally charged $210.58. The additional fees are really high! There is no Trump's taste at all!
