We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

Excellent location with wonderful views of Gulangyu Island. Check-in was extremely slow - with a queue developing, despite it being past midnight - they also required a large deposit (double the room rate!) which we felt was excessive. Breakfast was so-so, quite a lot of choice but generally not particularly good quality - was bored of the selection by the third morning. Lots of parking which was very convenient. To be aware, there are no USB ports in the room and cannot borrow a charging block, so be sure to bring/buy your own. In-room dining menu had a wide selection and good quality. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We were brought a small gift for Christmas, which was very kind. Overall, the location and views make up for any minor ******* - would highly recommend for a city break in Xiamen.

What a wonderful stay in Xiamen. Excellent hotel with very very comfy rooms and highly enjoyable food. Lovely garden to relax with a local beer and gym for a good stretch after a long flight. Reception staff and dining room staff exceptional always willing to assist, get taxis or give flight updates.

The exterior of the hotel itself is amazing as was our mountain view. Out room was clean and comfortable. Although a lot of the menu items weren’t available because of high demand for Chinese New Year’s Day, we still got exceptional room service. The items available were reasonably priced too 👏🏽. Breakfast buffet is good; there were a lot of choices. In house gym has an amazing view and there’s a heated pool as well. I would stay here again.

Location: Gulangyu Island is all on foot. The boss has added WeChat in advance and will be very enthusiastic to say hello to the island and then share the location. According to the navigation, we can walk to the door. Sanitary: clean and no smell. The equipment and facilities are in good condition. Brand new is not an exaggeration. Sound insulation: It’s not completely soundproof, but after nine o’clock there’s almost no sound. Not all the friends who visited the island stayed overnight, so my friend who went out alone the next day boldly brought a tripod to take selfies without being embarrassed at all. The bed: It’s very comfortable at night. Remember Children from the north really don’t like the feeling of humidity. A four-piece set of clean bedding. Choose soft and comfortable service: I give it a full 🌟 because there are only five pills at most. No, it’s only worth five pills. If you insist on it, it’s really ninety-nine pills now. There are not many bosses who will give you food, toys, mines and other things you need. They are really considerate. Room facilities: Although it is small, it has all the essentials.

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at Seaview Resort. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a pool spa villa room. An electric golf car could be summoned quickly to take us around the resort from our room. The room service food was delicious as was the Italian restaurant. Was such a treat to have pool access from our terrace. Then we could slowly swim around the canal area. Beautifully landscaped pool and surrounds. It also gave the feeling of privacy due to the layout of the rooms. Even though the hotel itself must have been very busy as it was golden week. The villas area has its own Waterscape cafe for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every pet of the resort was immaculately clean and staff were always somewhere nearby. Special mention must be made of English speaking staff member Ansen. He helped us with our more detailed questions, and gave us insight as to where to go for a nice walk in the gardens or to the beach. He made it seem like nothing was a problem for us during our stay. We truly appreciated his warm assistance. We would recommend this resort to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!

I booked this hotel last minute and was provided a high floor room with a view. Great location and service. However, the room itself is outdated. The beds were still spring beds and not very comfortable. Without doubt one of the best resorts in Xiamen. Hotel facilities and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and accessible. The resort feels a world away from the rest Xiamen and great for a staycation. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and regularly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and needs were catered for. Room was immaculate, well laid out and maintained. Some staff do not speak great English, but they are patient and helpful and there is always someone on hand that speaks fluently. We were unable to travel outside of the province due to Covid, but this resort really gave us the feel of getting away from it. If you want a worry-free staycation that feels away from it all, this is the place. TIPS for travellers: restaurant and buffet is very popular, so make sure you book in advance

The view from the hotel is magnificent, the cleanliness and quality is everything one would expect from the Shangrila, including the restaurants. But what stands out is the quality of the service, kind, efficient, anticipatory of needs without being overbearing. By far one of the best service experiences we have ever had. The indoor pool is for laps more than fun, but the hot tub is nice and the yoga room is great. Outdoor pools are connected to a nearby water park and not actually party of the hotel, fyi.

This hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

The hotel is located a little far from the downtown. I took a taxi all the time to go to the downtown and paid around 50 yuan from the hotel to the downtown. All staffs only speak English which was a bit uncomfortable to communicate. Although, they were very kind an helpful to help me. Room condition was very clean and the view from the room was incredible. Also the outdoor swimming pool is good to relax all day! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a nice 5 star hotel with reasonable price!

At first I was very impressed upon arrival, nice view with stylish design. However the nightmare was coming in the evening, my room temperature showed 28 degrees. I reported to front desk and they said some customers reported cold, hence they switched off the air conditioning and turned on the heater. We were sweating the whole night….2nd night almost same although no heater but air conditioning still switched off only fan was working…..I complained again on the 3rd day cause my room temperature showed 30 degrees and at the end air conditioning kept remaining and we could have a good sleep finally. I travelled a lot and never facing such situation at any hotel before. I was very surprised about such arrangements as the weather was not that cold during my stay.

The location of the B&B is great, just downstairs is the pedestrian street. It is very convenient. There are many snacks nearby. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. Although there are stairs, the guy will help carry the luggage. We were also upgraded to a room with a balcony for free. My kids loved it. Highly recommended.

The room decoration is very new. It is the closest to the south gate of Xiamen University. It is a long way to go by the wrong door. The campus is full of small children. The visual inspection has not yet gone to school. I want to say that visiting Xiamen University can understand the parents' expectations? Parents are not paying attention too early. The breakfast was very poor, and the gap with the room rate was huge, that is, there was an ice cream scene. No extra bed, no bedding, just next to Putuo Temple, really separated by a wall.

Self-driving parking is very convenient, just stop at the underground parking lot of Xiamen University South Putuo, there are many parking spaces, parking spaces are not expensive! Living on the third floor, the room is great! Because it is in Xiamen University, it is super convenient to travel! The door is South Putuo. Going out is South Putuo. You can go directly to Zengcuo'an, the south gate of the Botanical Garden, and the Shapowei and the Twin Towers are also super close. The campus of Xiamen University alone is enough to stroll leisurely for a whole day! Super satisfied! Will come again!

優點：地點靠近貓街，下樓二三分鐘就到，吃飯方便，離沙坡尾步行12分鐘左右，到廈大南門的白城沙灘步行20多分鐘，去廈大訪客中心入口步行十分鐘左右，去南普陀寺步行不到十分鐘！其他景點打車10-20元，公交車也很多。 缺點：假期人多，酒店在交通管制範圍內，想要打車的話得步行到附近的社區居委會那，步行五六分鐘拿着行李箱不方便。而且從十點開始到晚上十點基本都很堵車！ 酒店是老酒店，設施能看出來舊，淋浴間地漏得拿起來；坐便器壓水也不太靈敏，床單和被罩感覺沒洗透很陳舊，服務還可以。 廈門人很熱情，各飯館超市服務員景點的人服務態度都很好，讓旅遊很愉悦，唯一例外的就是樓下對面的妙香扁食（廈門連鎖品牌），早上去他家吃飯，服務員好像欠她錢一樣的態度，我們三口人點了三碗湯麪二屜餃子，麪餐盒單獨收費，吃餃子的小碟小的衹能裝一塊紅方那麼小，我老公就拿了二個小菜碟，結果像祥林嫂一樣嘟嘟囔囔一直指責我們，開門迎客，我們不是買氣去的，簡直不要太氣人了！ 貓街裏的那家水果店很不錯，出酒店右拐直道頭那家四果湯最好，何記沙茶麪很好，老闆也很好。

The big bed room booked in October last year was quite satisfactory, but the twin room booked this time was generally the same. 1⃣️ The socket is loose. You need to have something below to not slip off. 2⃣️ The toilet flush button is good and bad. I stayed for 4 nights. There were two nights that it couldn't flush the water. I thought about changing the room the next day. The result was better in the morning 3⃣️ Poor sound insulation (but understandable, after all, hotels in this area are almost like this), but our room is located on the top of Xinhuadu Shopping Mall. There are many children in the store on the first floor of the mall chasing and playing at ten o'clock in the evening. It's really noisy (Fortunately, I slept late, It was quiet after 12 o'clock.

Half an hour away from Xiamen, I temporarily decided to set up this 58-story twin tower hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I was shocked by the scenery outside the window and felt worth it. The hotel's beds are very clean and simple, but just like living in your own room, it is still very comfortable. Just in time for the Golden Rooster Awards ceremony, the landscape has appreciated again. Cat Street, Shapowei, Xiamen University, Baicheng Beach, are all downstairs, walking distance, taxi is also very convenient, sharing bicycles is also very convenient. There is also a six-story supermarket downstairs. In short, I feel that this decision is very correct. The only thing to pay attention to is the parking lot of the Twin Towers, which charges 80 yuan a day for parking, but it is still acceptable.
