„I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees. A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel. A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee. I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it. ”
