📍 4505 Beltway Dr, Addison

"The hotel was okay, with a basic American breakfast and an alright stay overall. I had to deposit $100 while checking in and I faced no issues in getting the deposit repaid after checking out. But, there was a moldy smell everywhere and the rooms were a bit dark. If they fix these things, it could make staying there much better."

"To miejsce jest bałagan. Noise cały dzień, zaczynając w sobotę o 7:00. Remodelowanie wszędzie. Są na ścianach lub piasku czegoś nad nami. Ściany wibracje. Hotel jest koszmarem. Śniadanie jest mniej niż średnia. Staff is nice. Jest to jedyne jasne miejsce. Nie powinny pracować w weekendy, remodeling."

"Booked this hotel because I had an interview in the Addison area and I didn’t see any terrible reviews regarding cleanliness or anything, just needed a place to sleep. The location was by far the best part, it was so close to everything in Addison. However, just about everything else was very disappointing. I’d known from reviews that it had been renovated, but I wasn’t aware it was still being renovated and that there would be a good amount of rooms, including the one right next to us on both sides, with the door just propped open getting renovated. We had a room on the first floor first and it was clean enough, there was a spider in the bathtub but the beds looked fine. That was until I looked up at the wall after my shower and there was a huge roach crawling. It ended up crawling into my bed so we told the front desk and they let us switch rooms. We walked upstairs to our next room, and we passed many of the open doors, it was pretty eerie. Then we get in our room, free of bugs it seems and clean enough, except the AC did not work. It took all night for it to cool off even a little bit and it was extremely loud. Not ideal for the night before an interview. We also noticed in the second room that there was some stuff painted over on the wall, but it was much better than the roach. Second day went smoothly, until we were napping and I got woken up by paint fumes in our room. It was literally so strong that it woke me up from a nap. I went to the door to see and they were I guess painting the room next door. But I should not be smelling the fumes that strong and especially not at 9pm on a Friday, it felt unsafe. The renovation people were consistently in an out of rooms and leaving stuff in the hallways too. Overall, you get what you pay for, and I should’ve paid a little more for a nicer hotel, but I would definitely not stay here again."

"Booked the hotel to come into town for business. They illegally use HILTON HOMEWOOD SUITES as their signage to attract third party reservations and traffic for customers because the hotel is crappy. The basketball court door is hanging down and could injure someone. The phone in the room was UNPLUGGED and didn’t work. There was broken glass and dead bugs in the room when I got there as well. The alarm clock wires were cut. The breaker box made such a loud noise I thought someone was breaking into my room while I slept. The charging ports also did not work. If it weren’t for me having a bad back I would have checked out long before I did yesterday. I was making do. The quality of this hotel is less than what a motel 6 would provide. Shameful. The property is doing renovations and damaged my brand new vehicle with white paint and refused to accept liability. The GM also stole half of my deposit. He tried calling the police due to disagreement in attempt to have me arrested and they ended up with criminal mischief for damaging my car and not taking accountability and harassment charges made which I will be using to file a lawsuit for all damages not limited to my vehicle and personal for falsely calling the police in attempt to bring harm to me. Horrible property. Thankfully the police were on my side and handled things very professionally. The property is run down and unsafe. I wouldn’t be surprised if it caught fire due to the electrical issues they have. Pay $10 more and go to a better property"

"The room was clean and comfortable, the room type was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV could connect to the YouTube account. There is a gym and swimming pool on the first floor, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and parking is free. The focus is on the breakfast is very rich, although simple but very high quality, clean, yogurt milk muffins burger eggs juice coffee is all available, it is recommended."
