"This hotel is absolutely in vain. They use internet celebrity ads to attract guests, but in fact, the service and hygiene are very poor. After we checked in, we found two curly hairs stuck in the small towel. I went out in the morning to request cleaning, and when I came back in the evening, I found that only the bed was made, the half glass of water on the table was not touched and the drinking water was not refilled. When I opened the bathroom, I found that the towels and bath towels were not washed. If they don't improve it, not only will I not come back, but I will also advise everyone not to come again."

"Pros -good location; beautiful village - local restaurants close - nice kitchen - clean apartment Cons - all digital ( keys, etc). No internet =no way to get in - poor instructions - nobody on-site to handle issues. AirBnB usually has much better communication/instructions/prices. - lots of paperwork just a few days prior to check in (not fun trying to complete this while on vacation) - excuses from staff when approached with problems - LOUD neighbors (again no ownership from staff)"

"Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate). The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well… It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations."

"Pokój jednoosobowy był bardzo duży .....more 20 metrów kwadratowych. Łóżko było dość małe dla mojego 1 metra 90 długości. Łazienka jest duża i doskonała. Mój pokój był na górnym piętrze, daje sufit drewniane belki i wspaniale prywatny balkon z wielkimi widokami. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, tuż obok głównej drogi miejskiej i niemal obok windy, która zabiera Cię do Oey. Jedzenie w restauracji jest doskonałe, z różnymi wyborami i restauracja ma doskonały widok na góry. Brakuje mi możliwości robienia herbaty w pokoju. Przejścia mogą skorzystać z troszkę uwagi ......rather sterylne. Trochę więcej szwajcarskiego uczucia byłoby świetne. Jeśli zarezerwować podróż w miesiącach letnich, autobusy i ogólny są darmowe. Zimą, tylko autobusy. To jest ogromny plus, i bardzo dobrze zorganizowany."
