"It was one of the BEST places I’ve stayed at!! I’m a Japanese who’s been to many hotels with hot springs but this place is definitely my No.1 so far. The private hot springs are not that occupied on weekdays so we got to try all of them one by one (no extra charge) and we also LOVED the Hinoki Onsen in our room! The amenities were amazing and in the women’s changing room there were different types of shampoos and conditioners to choose from, which I enjoyed! The breakfast and lounge was also very nice, we can even bring things from the lounge back to our rooms to enjoy. I would 100% recommend this place if you’re visiting Kusatsu!"

"Parking hotel jest zbyt daleko od hotelu. Tylko godzinę zwolnienia danego do usunięcia samochodu po checkout, który nie jest wygodny dla gości. Prywatna kąpiel nie jest tak dobry w porównaniu z public onsen w hotelu. Jednak śniadanie i obiad serwowane były pyszne."
