"I stayed here alone, a woman traveling from the countryside, to see a concert. It's about 10 minutes from Saitama-Shintoshin Station without transfers, and since it's adjacent to Ageo Station, it's right outside the ticket gate. Even though it was my first time, I had no trouble finding it. There are convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I don't normally smoke, but this time the only room available was a smoking room, so I chose that. I was worried about the smell, but it was kept clean and I didn't find it too much. It does smell, so I think people who are sensitive to smells should avoid it. It's not the latest hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it for people who are particularly fastidious, but it was well-cleaned and, above all, the front desk staff were very kind. The station was clean and the area seemed safe, so I would definitely stay here again."
