"HHONTEUX !! NO COMPATIBLE !!!! I put the minimum note because I can not put less not for the quality of the service but rather for the lack of compatible of these people. We had to make a small periphery in three different places for our 10 years of marriage, and unfortunately we had to cancel it because my husband's grandmother died suddenly in Portugal and he had to leave for the gifts. The other 2 reservations have been cancelled for the first without charge and delayed the date for the next to not lose the forecast. He said that any cancellation was lost and that the payment was lost. He didn't want to delay the date unless he arrived to relocate it between time and keeping us aware only of the morning of the booking. He just told us he had already had too many cancellations for weather or other bidden reasons and that he had mouths to feed so he will not make the refund or delay as well. He asked us for 1 death certificate I don't know why because he doesn't refund but Sil had wanted to refund or change date I would have provided him with even the air tickets proving the authenticity of this sudden event. "Właśnie wrócił z niesamowitej podróży do le lac. Podróżował jako rodzina, 2 chłopców 10 i 7. Absolutnie kochał! Zostaliśmy w vip jezioroside lodge, nie może go winić. Absolutnie piękne! Widok nad jeziorem, tylko oglądając swanów, gęsi i kaczki! Byliśmy w domu 621, który był jednym z najlepszych 2 łóżek w tym rozciąganiu. Mieliśmy nos na niektórych innych, które wydawało się mieć widok ograniczony drzewami. Myślę, że musisz zapłacić za poduszki, jeśli to konieczne. Mieliśmy koktajle z beach bar, które nie były najlepsze i trochę drogie. Mcds na stronie, która jest przydatna. Znowu nieco droższe niż zwykłe mcds. Pokój był czysty, strona zachowana była piękna. miękki gra był ok dla młodszych, ale mój 10-letni znudził się szybko. Byliśmy do 6 różnych miejsc, natura wsi, het meerdal, dk, erpeheide, de Haan i le lac. Dla mnie le lac był moją ulubioną stroną. Taka piękna!"

"The grounds are lovely and tranquil, BUT the restaurant is most definitely not as advertised. It is not gastronomic, and that was why we booked there. At best, it is a limited but good bistro food - but absolutely not gastronomic - neither the food nor the service ! There is no one at reception till the afternoon."

"3* Very quiet, clean friendly place. Front desk lady very nice and helpful. Spoke perfect English after my clumsy French trying to book in. Good parking, and there is a cracking sit-down Chinese restaurant 4 minute. walk from the hotel (Asiawok 5 Rue du Bois des Roses, 02100) Nice, clean room, no coffee or tea making facilities though, but a vending machine for water etc. Plenty of hot water for shower etc. Bit out of the way for the town I think, but ok as an overnight stop on the way to somewhere else."

"Well located next to the train station. Check in time a little weird at 4pm but is fine if you arrive late in town. The attractions are all on top of the hill about 20 mins walk from the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are well allocated and size is alright."
