"I stayed in so many hotels when I came to Xinjiang, but this was the worst one. The hotel parking entrance was hard to find at night, so I called twice. The front desk didn't answer me after I asked a few more questions, like a deaf person. The family room I booked has two beds. The wall of the room outside has big cracks, and there is no charging port at the head of the bed. I asked for an extra quilt, but they said they had enough quilts and they wouldn't provide more. And the hygiene was very poor!!! The bed was full of stains and looked dirty. The disposable slippers provided looked like they were made from old masks. The shower room was smelly. If you think I'm talking nonsense, you'll know when you stay here."

Every day when I returned, the room was impeccably tidy, even the loose charging cables were neatly organized, and there was a bottle of water on the bedside table. Upon check-out, I unexpectedly received a handmade gift from the hotel – a truly thoughtful touch. This feeling of being valued is wonderful; I've already recommended it to my friends!"
